There is an updated kitchen, large refrigerator, Wifi, two HDTVs , DVD player, Central AC and a washer/dryer. There is Sac O Subs, Mallon's Bakery and A la Mode ice cream within walking minutes from the condo. One mile from Corson's inlet for boating and kayaking. We rent all year.

Kennedy Boulevard daily from April to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are required on the beach from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can also be purchased via the Viply app or at the beach tag vending machine in the City Hall lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but note the machine only accepts cash.
