The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.

The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

There used to be a school in here, now you stay in a cozy house where you can stare out the window at the ever-changing view. You can also enjoy hiking and cycling in the area. Or swimming, boating or visiting old towns. There is a storage room for bicycles. Street parking is free.
