Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

This was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend. The hosts were very friendly and communicated effectively before, during and after the stay. The tiny home was clean and tidy with all practical appliances. I requested the hosts decorate the room with birthday celebrations for my partner. The hosts did this with open communication and made it a lovely surprise. Nil complaints and we truely enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The place was too good to be true. It was up in the hills, peaceful and private. Everything was as described. Driving up to the place in itself is already a vibe. If youre looking for a place with a beautiful sunset and sunrise for a view this is it. Youll get random kangaroos hanging out by the vineyard and the occasional bunnies hoping across it to. Gets the family excited to be able to witness wildlife in its natural form. We shorten our plans outside just so we could spend more time at the house. Thats how good it is. Its Large enough to have a family dinner with indoor and outdoor areas. Albert was responsive to every one of our queries and never left us hanging if there was any questions or help we required. Would definitely come back for future holidays.

Anna's place was absolutely perfect. I have stayed at quite a few places over the years but this place is the cleanest I have ever stayed at. She has thought of everything even to the point of her personal artwork which adorns the inside and is fabulous. All linen was fresh and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. Just about every electrical appliance you may need is there also. The property has a stunning view out to the horizon. Thank Anna we will be back. - Donna Xx

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Granny’s Place in Bedfordale. The peaceful setting, nestled on a spacious property backing onto the forest, offered a perfect escape from the city. One of the highlights was the charming chicken coop—our hosts generously provided fresh eggs, which made our mornings extra special. We were also thrilled to spot kangaroos grazing nearby, adding a uniquely Australian touch to our experience. The granny flat was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and respectful of our privacy, making us feel right at home.

This place was absolutely beautiful especially as it’s only about an hour and bit out from local suburbs, pictures do not do it justice definitely need to update the pictures on the listing but the reviews are spot on !! All the rooms were amazing kept and the house it’s self with it structure and layout it’s beautiful, everything was clean and fresh and it was easy to locate and check into. The scenery and location is amazing overall I will want to stay here again !!! The only two things I found as a downside was there was 1 single mice in the main room running around at night which kept me up and I did see some droppings in the morning but that’s expected as the location of the property, the whole house is quite sealed and clean so this is definitely something the host does keep on top of ! The drive way upto the house is quite steep and uneven and very long as I think it should be listed on the add as this could be a possible danger to people who don’t have equipped cars.
