Sacred Cacao a trip to open the Heart
Cacao is considered an ancient medicine for the Mayans, able to reconnect with the feeling, by opening our heart we expand our perception, allowing us a deeper connection with ourselves and with the environment. We will start by sitting in a circle, introducing ourselves to the history of cacao and its connection with the heart and the reason for its ceremonial use and the interpretation of the flower altars. We will take cacao accompanied by singing, drums and guided meditations that will help connect and heal emotions causing energy and emotional blockages as well as connect with our ancestral linen and the wisdom of our ancestors. With flowers we will awaken sensory responsiveness and subtlety, restoring our ability to feel. On this trip to the heart, spaces inside each guest will be opened to communicate lovingly inside and outside in every aspect of our walk through this land. Sacred cacao is medicine for our current collective change in awareness. It rustles the heart, which is the source of all true transformation. He is a subtle but deep master who whispers the deepest of our heart. It amplifies our creative power of knowledge and helps us remember our entire innate.

Early Risers Hike & Coffee
Seize the day while you are here in San Miguel de Allende and wake up before the sun. (make sure to set your alarm with the correct time zone) Once you reserve I will send you the exact time we meet which obviously varies depending on the season. We'll meet in the main square in front of the Parish church and start with some easy stretching and from there we will hike up the cobblestone streets to catch the sunrise and see some beautiful views. Bring layers as it can be cool in the morning and warmer as we walk back down. This is a great opportunity to take some pictures without the crowds. This is for people who enjoy nature, who don't mind waking up very early, can walk up steep hills at a steady pace and be able to handle uneven terrain. The entire hike is about 5.4 miles. On top of the hill we'll take a moment of silence to reflect on our intentions for the day or just listen to the birds. Then we will meander our way back down for more beautiful views via a different route unknown to most tourists and even some locals, culminating in a little cafe for coffee or tea!
