A couple, children in elementary school or older, and grandparents can all stay comfortably together in a quiet 12 tatami-mat living room and 3 bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet residential area, 13 minutes on foot from Urawa Station. It's about 7 minutes by taxi and costs $4. Urawa Station has 4 lines (JR Keihin Tohoku Line, JR Tohoku Main Line, JR Takasaki Line, JR Shonan Shinjuku Line). It is very convenient because you can directly access major spots in the city. (Ueno 21 minutes, Ikebukuro 19 minutes, Tokyo 26 minutes, Shinjuku 25 minutes, Shibuya 31 minutes) 7 minutes directly from Urawa station to Omiya station. The Shinkansen is available from Omiya Station, making it convenient for sightseeing in various parts of eastern Japan. The area around Urawa Station is a beautiful and refined city. There are also many restaurants and convenient shopping. My house has 3 private bedrooms & 2 toilets, making it ideal for long-term family stays, a base for sightseeing in Tokyo, a relay point for trips to Japan, and a perfect place for workations. The bedroom is a Japanese-style room with a futon on the tatami mats, and the living and dining room is a Western-style room, making it a fusion of Japanese and Western styles. The kitchen is equipped with an IH stove, cookware, dishes, a microwave, an electric pot, and a fridge. It has a drum-type washing machine with a drying function, so it is convenient for long-term stays. It is on the second floor of a three-story building, and you will use the entire floor. There is also a desk that can be used for remote work and studying. There is a projector, so you can enjoy YouTube and movies on a big screen. It is very convenient because you can go to a large supermarket, drug store, fast food store, 100-yen store, post office, and money exchange shop in 1-2 minutes on foot. You can get to Urawa Misono Station, Saitama Stadium, Meijiro University, and Higashi-Chikagaguchi Station on a single bus ride. Omiya Station and Kasukabe Station are also 10 minutes away by train, providing good access to the Saitama Super Arena, Kawagoe, Railway Museum, Tobu Zoo, Skytree, and Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Ueno. Iwatsuki is an old castle town, and the historic townscape is elegant. It is also famous as the doll town that was the setting of the manga, "That doll can change her clothes and falls in love".
