It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located close to our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.

Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps. The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes.
