Our apartment is centrally located,but still in a side street. There is one double bedroom with a folding chair. In the children's room there is a bunk bed and a folding couch (1.60 m). There are plenty of toys in the children's room. High chair,baby bed as well as potty and toilet seat are also available. The terrace is still under renovation. Please use the second terrace and our barbecue area. Tip: Freizeitsee Idasee! There is a beach bar, swimming beach and water skiing here.

My apartment is located in a historical building that once housed the old town hall pressure. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.
