THE MOST POPULAR AIRBNB HOME IN ST MICHAELS! Gorgeous, sunny former artist loft with great views. Across from Miles River & harbor. Walk to town! Shopping, brewery, winery, museum, restaurants await! Located in historic neighborhood perfect for relaxing walks. Runners, bikers get ready for spectacular sights, including the nearby St Michaels Nature Trail. Or rent a kayak and explore San Domingo Creek! NO PETS OR SMOKING. 4 GUESTS MAX BY LAW. Talbot Co License STR-716-KIM
Treat yourself to this perfect location to walk into town to enjoy all St. Michaels has to offer, then retreat to relaxation and peaceful views at home. The lodge is attached to our main house located on Riverview Terrace but is designed as a fully separate space. Enter on Long Lane and enter the family/dining room with an antique oak dining table with leaves and seating for six. The family room features a couch which can covert to queen bed with new memory foam mattress, cozy recliner, books, games, cable TV, Blu-ray player (it's hidden- can you find it?) and strong new wi-fi. There is NO full kitchen! There is a very usable nook with sink, microwave, and coffee maker for leisurely snacks (NOT a full kitchen-- think hotel room amenities). Main level also features a new, clean full bath with original undersea artwork, glass shower (with grab bars), and luxurious and fluffy towels. Near the stairs headed up to the loft is a large closet for coats or hanging party and wedding dresses! Upstairs in the artists' loft, enjoy streaming sunshine and views where famous local artists once completed works that have graced the famous St. Michaels Art League posters and magazine covers. Now it's a smart, comfortable bedroom with 2 new twin memory foam beds which can be pulled together to make a king as well as a matching day bed which can also be used as a twin or pulled out to a king size. Plenty of storage in the three chests of drawers and two nightstands. Visitors absolutely love the space, including its open, refreshing layout and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy!
Walking distance from St Michaels main street, Talbot St., the closest restaurants are top-rated Gina's and the local brewery/winery/distillery combination in the Mill District. Town is so close with anything you could possibly want -- except big box stores! (Find them 10 min. away in Easton if you must.) New YMCA built just down the block is now open! This neighborhood is a tight-knit community of mostly full-time residents, so we expect our guests to be good neighbors, especially in terms of noise and trash!
  • The location of Jill’s airbnb is perfect. Easy to find, easy to walk to and from, quiet and restful. Mattresses were very comfortable and we slept well.

  • Private lodging in a great location. We enjoyed the fireplace and the proximity to the water and to town. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the hosts were very accommodating.

  • Long Lane Lodge was a great place for our fall getaway. The space was clean and in a great location. Jill was easy to reach when we had questions and provided a lengthy list of recommendations for us while in time. We highly recommend this stay.

  • Super clean and cozy with tons of windows for natural light! It may be attached to the house, but it has a completely private feel. Super close to the center of town. Quiet street and 1 block away from water front.

COVID-19 Update - For the month of April we are only taking new reservations for guests having an essential purpose for travel. My place is spacious, has great water views and is close to restaurants and dining. You’ll love it because of the bay, hot tub, pool, and outdoors space. My place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
This is a 1500 sq ft, 2-bedroom unit on the ground floor of a two story duplex overlooking the expansive Chester River on the Chesapeake. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second room can be made up with two singles or one king. There is a full kitchen with bar seating, separate dining area with seating for 6, and a well furnished living room. It also has an outdoor patio with dining table and chairs, and plenty of other outdoor furniture on the expansive 3/4 acre property. Stay includes use of unheated pool, hot tub, paddle board and 3 kayaks. We are directly on the beautiful Chester river near the mouth of the Chesapeake. We have a small beach and a pier. We are about a mile from the many restaurants and dock bars at Kent Narrows. Our unheated pool is open April through mid-October and is usually warm enough for swimming June through mid-September. Pool is covered in Fall and Winter. Our hot tub is open and heated year round. We also have an outdoor fire pit.
Water, nature, dock bars and seafood restaurants. Historic towns of St. Michaels, Easton, Chestertown and Cambridge are nearby. About an hour's drive to DC and Baltimore and less than 2 hours to Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City. 10 minutes to Queenstown Outlets.
  • Donald was a wonderful host. He was away the weekend we were there so we werent able to meet him in person but he was easily accessible. He left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. He also made our check in super easy. The hot tub was in a wonderful location to look out at the water. It was sparkling clean and detailed instructions were left for us. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return ;). Thanks Donald.

  • definitely this made a wonderful quick weekend getaway, even in the off-season. The access to walking trails, the beautiful view from the hot tub, and the local eating tips made our stay terrific. Donald was incredibly communicative and responsive. We hope to return for even more fun in warm weather!

    Christy2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Donald and Paul's place was absolutely wonderful. After a week of holiday festivities, we booked two nights here for a relaxing end to our trip and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the thermostat kept the place nice and warm, the hot tub was perfectly relaxing. Even though it was cold, we had to take advantage of sitting at the end of the pier sipping wine. There were also some delicious restaurants nearby. I completely recommend this home to anyone. Thank you both!

    Luke2020-01-03T00:00:00Z
  • If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the water, look no more. This place is perfect. The view is breathtaking. The house is clean and well designed. The king bed is the most comfortable bed a have ever slept in. The entire back of the house is glass with all views looking at the water. We had our morning tea in the hot tub, relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. The house is spacious yet cozy and included sheets and towels which was very convenient. This house would be great for a family, a romantic get away or a relaxing friend retreat (which was our mission). We loved everything about this beautiful place on the water and look forward to returning soon!

  • Had a great time in St. Michael's once again, and staying in Missy's home has always been a wonderful experience! So nice! ---the Young family

    Alyssa2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • For my first Airbnb experience, Missy set the bar extremely high. I expected that for such a great location, I would have to sacrifice quality, but not at all. This house is extremely well designed, comfortable, stylish, and perfect for what I wanted. I wish I would have been able to stay longer!

    Christina2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Missy's place is the perfect place to stay when visiting St. Michaels. Close to restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We were also within walking distance of the marinas. The house was perfect for 4 adults and we had plenty of room to move around and relax. I would definitely stay there again.

    Jean Lynch2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • My friends and I got the privilege to spend a girls weekend in Missy’s beautiful historical home. The location was fantastic.....we parked the car and walked everywhere. Close to quaint little boutiques and fabulous restaurants. Missy was so thoughtful to suggest places to eat for dinner and added a brief description of each place. Which was very helpful for our planning. Her home was absolutely sparkling upon arriving. So clean.....beautifully and tastefully decorated. Checking in and out was so easy. I’m already planning a future trip back to Saint Michael’s with my husband and I know exactly where we will be staying......at Missy’s. Thank you Missy

Our Beautiful Annapolis Waterfront, Master Bedroom Suite, on the Little Magothy River is a wonderful vacation spot for the perfect Retreat! You'll love the location, the pool, the beautiful views in every direction, and all the local birds.
Master Suite with cathedral ceiling, king size bed, private master bath, private entrance, sliding doors onto large deck overlooking the pool and 500 ft of waterfront!! Located on the Little Magothy River in Annapolis and 10 minutes to downtown. In warm weather this is the perfect location for swimming, and enjoying this beautiful location. Sunbathe by the pool, or bring in a picnic and enjoy your meal surrounded by potted flowers everywhere! Stunning Location! The style of my home is a bit of Old World, very elegant and eclectic with a bit of artsy funk and includes antiques and special pieces from my Italy travels and beautiful artwork and oil paintings. There's a waterview from every window! The Master Bedroom Suite faces the sunrise if you're an early riser the beautiful morning light may beckon you outside for great photos. It is so quiet and peaceful and serene here. This is a relaxing and welcoming setting for a wonderful nourishing retreat. We are located within walking distance of the famous Grauls grocery store and good neighborhood restaurants and shops. Linens and towels are provided, including pool towels. The suite has a small refrigerator, a Keurig 1 cup coffee maker, a toaster and utensils, cups and glasses. There's a lovely bistro table for in room dining. I provide coffee and half and half. There are plenty of local places for eating a full breakfast out or lunch and dinner. One of my guests thought you should know it's only $20 for a taxi to downtown Annapolis if you're liking to visit the local pubs. NOW AVAILABLE!!!:You can go FISHING out on the Bay, or Take an EVENING BOAT CRUISE with next door neighbor Jim, according to his availability of course. His pricing is reasonable and he's a good fisherman! The pool opens on Memorial Day. I am awaiting a small repair to the skimmer line so am presently skimming by hand. But the water is clean and starting to warm up. This suite is especially lovely for couples enjoying a relaxing retreat and visits to beautiful historic downtown Annapolis!
The neighborhood is great for taking walks or bike riding. And of course the Little Magothy River is delightful for swimming or floating on tubes. The Cape St. Claire beach (not public or crowded, for residents and guests only) is just a quick ride away and from there you have a wonderful view and access to The Chesapeake Bay! Sandy Point State Park is just a couple miles down the street. I have had folks come with their jet skis or towing their boats and launch them locally and then tie up to my dock(s). The River here is great for jet skiing or pulling kids on tubes.
  • The master suite at Dale’s is thoughtfully equipped to make her guest stay very comfortable. Huge plush bed, fridge , coffee and some dishes and silverware to use. The setting on the water in tranquil and relaxing, offering plenty of privacy and remote feeling in spite of easy access to main roads.

    Amy2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Dale’s place was spacious and so restful with plenty of space for two people indoors and such a beautiful view to rest and relax outdoors. She is a gem to meet and talk to and quick to answer any questions. The cozy, quaint Hallmark-like town is a place you don’t want to leave. Thank you once again, Dale

  • I was amazed at how beautiful Dale’s location was. It’s breathtaking. The entire space is surrounded by water and nature. I had a coffee by the waterfront at sunrise and in a few minutes I saw a fox, great blue heron, fish jumping, woodpeckers and squirrels. The studio is amazing as well with a very large bathroom and bath. I would love to stay again!

  • Beautiful home for a nice weekend get away!

    Andrew2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely little place! The sunrises/sets are beautiful and only a couple minutes away from great food and St. Micheal's/Easton. Unfortunately it was too cold to ride the bicycles provided to us but that's okay! There's plenty of materials to read and watch to snuggle up to while staying here! Plus there's wifi incase you need to catch up on some work during your stay. Great stay!!

    Oscar2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Nice house, great host, great value, and lots of extra added touches!

    Kristina2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage on Tilghman Island is the perfect place. It is very clean and neat. The amenities are numerous and well thought out throughout the cottage. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them she offered us bicycles for us to use as well . I would highly recommend this cottage to others! We enjoyed our stay very much.

    Lynn2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • It’s a cool little town. It was quiet despite having houses pretty close. I hardly saw anyone (it was also very cold). Great driveway. I love the greeting letter and the little notes around the house. It’s a small place and that was fine. Cozy and clean and furnished just right. I love when places have Netflix / smart tv. I think if you are a little bit snooty and discriminating you might not be 100% satisfied but if you are easy going you will love the house. The bed was fine. Shower was fine. I enjoyed the living room and small kitchen. Lots of provided items and little gifts. Very thoughtful. The yard was large and clean. Bordered by a seeming abandoned house next door. The yard stretched a long ways back. Check in and out was easy. I was satisfied with this place. A cozy escape during the waterfowl festival.

    Jason2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • We chose this place because of the location - we love the area and the house is close to the “action” on Tilghman while still being tucked away and private. We were surprised at the thoughtfulness and hospitality apparent throughout the house - Heather goes out of her way to make you feel at home. From the endless selection of teas and coffees, the treats she left on the counter for us, and the note she left us, welcoming us and warning us of potential traffic from a race happening during our stay - we could tell Heather really cared about us having a pleasant experience during our stay. We took the bikes she had available for us to a nice breakfast place she had recommended and we loved seeing the town and the places. We were going to go to a bar to watch the football game on Sunday but the house felt so comfortable, we decided to stay “home” and curl up on the couch. We loved it and will definitely keep this place on our list of places to return to.

    Liz2019-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Heather's home is cozy and welcoming. She has added little touches that reflect the area, and make the guest feel at home. You will find a well-stocked bath and kitchen, anything you need is right there! It's a short walk to the museum, country store, shops and places to grab a bite or a drink. Heather is a great host, responds quickly to any questions. She left plenty of information about the area. We will definitely stay at her place in the future.

    Mary Beth2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Heather's place is great! I recommend staying here. Super clean, big comfortable living room, nice kitchen, and two bedrooms. Perfect for our weekend stay on the island. The two bikes available made for a nice bike ride for breakfast at Two if by Sea as well as down to the tip of Tilghman Island for beautiful views of the bay. Only a 15 minute drive to St. Michaels. As noted by another reviewer, the water out of the taps does have a sulfurous smell but Heather provides bottled water which is perfect. I showered in the water and was fine.

We were here just after Christmas so didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor amenities (bikes etc) but imagine it would be amazing in warmer months. Overall a really great stay in a really special place.

  • This was a terrific stay—great location, nicely decorated cottage, comfortable, and even came with bikes and kayaks. Kitchen very nicely laid out and with basic supplies. I personally think that 2-3 people would most comfortably stay in the cottage, not more. Highly recommended, and I would book it again.

  • Very relaxing getaway for me, my husband, and our dog. We truly enjoyed the time away and loved exploring the eastern shore. Melissa was very quick to respond and included some helpful suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Sailing on the Selina II and eating at Lowes Wharf were highlights!

  • AMAZING! Loved the house and all the amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway and the hot tub was EVERYTHING!

    Joy2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The most amazing waterfront views from all areas of the home. Beyond charming !Understated is a way of life on the Eastern Shore. If you want Miami Beach glitz; this is not the place. Incredibly peaceful ! The home is spotless which is most important to me. This is a bird lover paradise. I am a realtor so you can only imagine that I was in heaven with all the windows, exposed beams and towering brick fireplace. I read some of the other reviews and keep shaking my head wondering if other guests realize the value of this home on Shipshead Creek—this is classic Eastern Shore MD ! If you want clean , classic, and cozy —this is the place for you. The roof is cedar shake!! Cedar Shake! Enchanting is the word that comes to mind. The host was available within minutes for any questions and quickly responded when my daughter left her purse at the home which my family member was able to retrieve from the caretakers ——with all her money & gift cards intact! I didn’t see another person all week! It was amazing to teach my kids to fish off the dock. Reminded me of “On Golden Pond”. This house is centrally located to all the sites and very close to shopping. The Target nearby is kinda weak but the Acme is a cool grocery. We can’t wait to return.

  • This is a beautiful waterfront home in an area filled with beauty and wildlife. The home is very inviting and Kyle has been delightful to rent from. He is attentive and always easy to get in touch with. This was our second stay and I hope to be able to return again in the near future.

    Kim2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Charming place in a beautiful, picturesque setting! It’s a wonderful place for families to relax. We loved how spacious the rooms are, and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the grounds.

    Serle2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Kyle’s place! Kyle is super responsive (within minutes!) about any issue that arises, and we felt that we were in great hands. Unfortunately the tennis court wasn’t adequately maintained for us to use at this time, but we were too busy enjoying the pool and hot tub anyway. My group loves to cook and despite the kitchen being a bit small, we were so happy it was fully stocked with all the appliances, pots/pans, etc. that we possibly needed. The living room was spacious and the big dining table perfect for our big group meals. View is great! Would recommend staying here for a relaxing eastern shore getaway.

    Sarah2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • My family and I have stayed in Kyle’s home for four years in a row. The pool is perfect, we always love staying and Kyle is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to make everything work.

    Allison2019-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • This was my family's 2nd year here and I cannot say enough about how amazing this house is! The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. It is so peaceful, especially on the dock in the early morning. The pool is great, it is pretty big and the deep end is deep enough to dive right in from the front porch. The hot tub is great and has a great view of the river. The house has a lot of room and seating, perfect for my family! My kids also loved the tennis courts. Kyle is a wonderful host, quick to answer any questions and to give us information that helped us plan our week. It's a short ride into St. Michaels, and there are plenty of great places for food and drinks. Also, Justine's is the best ice cream in town! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect place!

VERY quiet bedroom with adjoined office/work-space and private bathroom. Queen bed , all hardwood and tile floors, coffee station and mini fridge, TV, private entry for early mornings/late nights or dog business. Socialized dog OK! Completely fenced-in acre, pool, hot tub, screened porch, gas grill. Access to kitchen and laundry. *Dogs, cats and chickens (including a rooster!) on property. NOT walk-able to restaurants or shopping. Views of the water. Quiet, remote, beautiful. Kayaks available.
There are resident LARGE dogs, 2 long-haired cats and chickens! NOT great for sleeping in late....
End of street, across street from Wye River. Quiet. And dark! Can't stress this enough.
  • My dog and I had the pleasure of spending five days at Joyce's. She is just the loveliest host. Very kind and helpful. I felt immediately welcomed into her home. The space is roomy and very nice. The bed is super comfortable. The shower was really good - I loved the Jets from the ceiling. The coffee maker and mini fridge were perfect for my needs. The fenced in yard was great for my pooch. She got to play with the 2 resident Newfoundlands; They are friendly giants! I would love to stay again during the summer months when the pool is open. I didn't have a chance to use the hot tub but was encouraged by Joyce to use it. It is wonderful to stay in an airbnb where you know you are appreciated and the host genuinely cares about her guests. A gem. I highly recommend a stay here!

    Claudia2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Best kept secret just minutes from Kent Island. The bed was super comfy, and the shower has a state of the art nozzle that shoots out from the top or the side. Best part were the two giant Newfoundland doggies!!!! They were so calm and sweet, and so cool!!!! You won’t be disappointed staying here. Oh, there’s a hot tub to boot!!

  • I’ll begin with the space itself; the pictures don’t even begin to do it justice! I obviously was impressed by the pictures and that’s why I originally looked into this location, but in person it’s even better! The space was perfect for 4 adults and a 4 month old baby; was only 10 minutes away from where we attended a wedding; nearby shopping for the items we invariably forgot, and was about an easy 30 minutes drive into the heart of Annapolis! But mostly, it was the quick and helpful responses from Rita each time I contacted her. We got to meet her, her husband, and their very friendly and welcoming dogs! Rita and Ed were most gracious hosts; I highly recommend their home if you ever need to stay in the area!

"A charming, tree-lined and waterbound village with a population of less than 1000, Oxford is one of the oldest towns in America and has a long history in maritime activities. Early in the day, you will still find local watermen at the town dock unloading the catch of the day. You can watch the sailboats arriving from all over the bay to dine at the various local restaurants our town has to offer. While other waterfront towns have succumbed to waterfront condos and glitz, Oxford has retained its historic charm. The tourism and leisure activities are fueled by people's desire for quiet charm, fresh air, summer breezes, and a haven from the hustle and bustle of city life." Town of Oxford, MD website "Unlike many tourist destinations designed to drain the wallet, Oxford fills the senses and rejuvenates the soul." Chesapeake Life "This small village on the Chesapeake is one of Maryland's oldest and most charming towns." Southern Living
  • Sandaway was peaceful and serene. The property is absolutely beautiful. Wendy was great at check in. Ben was very responsive and a great communicator. He went above and beyond with our stay and we leave Oxford loving our time there and definitely planning to go back. Ben checked in with us from time of booking all the way up to check in. Hospitality was of very high standards and excellent.

  • Location, location, location! Sandaways has it all. beautiful views overlooking the Chesapeake. The public spaces have an inviting 'lived in' feel to them. The room we stayed in - 201 the Cozy" was small but provided us all we needed. those who work here are very nice and we genuinely enjoyed our visit.

    Jeanmarie2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Ben was so easy to work with, even though we were a late check in. The breakfast basket really is the highlight of the stay! The room we stayed in was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Ben was open in advance when we booked that it was a small room, and he was not exaggerating! It is a very small space without any privacy (the shower is in the room, while the toilet is behind a door) but we thought it was great. Even from the "town view" room, we could see the water. Sheets are lovely, but the room was warm (the small fan waiting for us without us even asking is much appreciated!). We would certainly recommend to others AND return for another stay!

  • This cottage was amazing. It's set back in the woods and exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The back yard has a large stream with a dock and there is also a fire pit area . It was great to have coffee on the dock watching the sunrise. The cottage was very clean and cozy. Two large bedrooms and a big open kitchen and living room area. There is also a large enclosed porch overlooking the back yard. Rocky was a wonderful host, very quick to respond to my messages and Rocky made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property was set back off the highway a bit so it was very quiet but it was super easy to get everywhere we need to go. Thanks Rocky!!

Rocky was responsive and left us a thoughtful gift upon check-in! We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves on the Eastern Shore.

Tuckahoe State park and Wye Island are lovely places to hike and very close by. It’s also a great place for kayaking. The bay is only a block away. Best of all is Cara herself. She’s a sweet person who made herself available for whatever I needed, yet was never intrusive. I would definitely recommend her beautiful home as a great place to stay.

  • Perfect location for Chestertown events, we parked the car and had no need to move it. There is a fairly steep set of steps: 10 steps, a small landing and 10 more but well worth the climb for the location. Chestertown is one of the nicest towns we've had the pleasure of visiting.

La Casita is an architecturally unique newly constructed guesthouse on a secluded 40 acre farm on Harris Creek, just off the Chesapeake Bay. 5 min by car to historic St Michaels. Featuring a bedroom loft, open 1st floor, 360 views, TV/Wi-fi, full bath/shower, galley kitchen w/ microwave, fridge w/ice maker & patio fire pit, La Casita is proof positive one can stay in luxury, be at one w/ nature, and still be close enough to delight in the fine dining, shops & outdoor wonder that is St Michaels.
Things to do by season: nothing - rest & breathe. Just be. But if you must DO something, kayak in the creek, swim in the salt water pool (May-Sept) or settle yourself in the native gardens to watch nesting eagles in the winter & a parade of avian visitors using the Atlantic flyway in the spring & summer, or experience beekeeping in the small apiary.
Close to the major attractions of historic St. Michaels but with exceptional privacy. Half of the property is woodland, half is farmland so there is plenty of space to stretch your legs. Five minutes by car to the Inn at Perry Cabin, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum and town. If you'd rather stay put and enjoy the quiet, stop at The Market in town for provisions and never leave the farm. With the exception of occasional crabbers or paddle boarders on the creek, you won’t see a soul but you might hear the sheep down the road if the wind is right. If you want to go further afield, we’re in the middle of ‘Chesapeake Country’ with iconic and historic towns like Easton, Cambridge, Oxford and Tilghman Island, wide open farms and wetland preserves where all you will hear are the birds and maybe the splash of a kayaker.
  • We had such a great time here - beautiful location, great town, and so dog friendly! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to get away for a couple of days!

  • Mike and Melinda were fabulous hosts. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is surrounded by nature. We loved seeing the wildlife that surrounds the house. La Casita did not disappoint. It is only a short drive to town.

  • After a stressful time- surgery , work, family illness, I was looking to reboot. I saw this cottage on air b n b and instantly wanted to visit. I was not disappointed in the least. In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. The architect’s modernist take on on American farmhouse ( gabled roof, sliding barn style doors) fits gracefully into the landscape- with subtle grey hues bordered by gardens, river rocks and farm crops. The land follows an estuary that flows, ready for you to kayak. Mike and Melinda are truly like inn keepers! Furthermore, the amenities made me feel so cared for- there were even s’mores kits waiting and wood ready for the fire pit. My friend and i sketched , walked, read and took our hosts advice about events and places to visit. One idea is tea or cocktails at the cozy bar or outdoor patio at the Perry inn. But stay at La Casita; see the sun set over the trees. It couldn’t be more amazing.

  • Mike and Melinda’s is a place I’d recommend to everyone I possibly can. Mike and Melinda were fabulous hosts. They were very warm & welcoming. They thought of everything for their stylish guest house. If you needed something, they were a text away. We enjoyed the fire pit (with s’more kits they provided!), their dock along the water, and took a nice walk on their lane within their property. If you’re looking to visit a quaint small town, as well as a secluded/ quiet getaway, this place is for you.

  • The Casita offers an impeccably clean, private, gorgeous hideaway on a 40-acre farm, only minutes away from the great shopping and restaurants of St. Michaels, MD. The hosts have thought of everything. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and they welcomed us with a bottle of champagne! Mike communicated with us in advance and sent us a list recommending restaurants, shopping, and things to do in the area. The venue is close to some beautiful National Wildlife Refuges and also a short drive to great shopping in Easton. The Casita has everything you need - a luxurious, comfortable bed with a window above that allows you to enjoy a sky full of stars, grounds that reflect the owners passion for gardening, even a firepit for toasting marshmallows. We can't wait to return!

This is the perfect crash pad for 1-4 people! It’s meant for short-term stays and has all the necessary amenities for your trip with a beautiful private dock.
Guests are welcome to use the entire 1.5 acres of property including the private pier on the Chester River. We currently have one kayak and guests may use it at their leisure!
The neighborhood is near the end of a dead-end road in a waterfront community. The area is always quiet, but a walk on the dock will make you feel like you’re in a scene from the Notebook. It’s like a little wildlife sanctuary out there!

    Caleb2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent's place, it was super clean and so easily walkable to everything in St. Michael's. The check in process was clear and Vincent was very responsive. A great weekend in one of our favorite towns!

  • Great location, wonderful hospitality!

    Jackie2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our first visit to St. Michael’s. Once we arrived on Friday, we parked the car in the driveway and was able to walk to anything we wanted to do until we left on Sunday. House was as advertised, and check in and out was a breeze.

    Dave2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • The place was spotless and stylish and had everything we needed. It was our first time in St. Michaels, so we weren't sure about the best places to stay, but this location turned out to be perfect. Everything was in walking distance. We never used our car during our stay. I hope we get a chance to come back and stay here again.

    Steve And Amy2019-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • This house was in a great location right off Talbot street! There was so much to do! The house had tons of great amenities such as drinks, coffee, utensils/silverware, and towels. Vincent was very responsive and kind. We had a great stay!

    Brianna2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • This place was just awesome. If you are planning a St. Michael’s getaway then this is the place to book. The house is literally a block from any and everything downtown, and was pristine and clean upon arrival. Vince was an excellent host and even bought a bottle of wine and some coffee for my fiancé and I, as we were there celebrating her birthday. Will 100 percent stay in this home again when we come back.

  • Tom's place was wonderful. The view overlooking the water was fantastic with lots of geese and eagles flying by. It was winter so we didn't kayak but it would be a great place to kayak. Check in couldn't have been easier and when I needed some assistance getting the Superbowl on the TV, Tom responded promptly and helpfully. There were lots of nice touches such as some home baked goodies and chocolates. I highly recommend it.

    Elizabeth2020-02-04T00:00:00Z

    Sherry2020-01-20T00:00:00Z

  • Derek and Susan were very accommodating especially in my late arrival at their beautiful home. They were warm and kind people and the huge house is an amazing delight In the most peaceful setting. The room was roomy, and bathroom was just across the hall. His dog was gated off in it's own living room. Joel also gave me an extra key to come and go as I pleased. Amazing backyard and basement. • Kay's Cape Code Bed and Bath was exactly what I was looking for for a great place to overnight .. wish I could have stayed longer! It is spacious, well put together, comfortable, clean, and convenient for my travel purposes. I am always cautious about being in a safe area and Kay's place is definitely that. Kay was helpful and communicated promptly, she includes extras that while not required of an AirBnB, were a nice bonus - such as cold bottled water, snacks, and some extra ladies bathroom items, much appreciated. I would highly recommend Kay's place if it fits your needs, you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Kay

  • Tony is an amazing host! Communication was exceptional. Nice house in a great neighborhood. Nice bang for the buck.

    Fred2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • Tony has a great location for weddings etc on Kent Island! He was very easy going and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to meet him as we got in late after a wedding and left early to get back to our kiddos. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. If you want to watch anything, be sure to bring a computer/iPad and a hotspot! We did and it worked well! We would have like to explore a bit more, as the area looked intriguing with a lighthouse caddy-corner to Tony’s place, but both kids had soccer games at the same time so had to get going quickly. Enjoy!

Welcome to a converted barn, complete with a recently renovated and converted corn crib. On one level is the entrance and full (shower) bath, and two steps up, the crib space itself. It has a vaulted ceiling that appears bigger than the building itself, the space includes: a queen-sized bed, heating / air conditioning, a coffee counter, a bar fridge, and sink. We are excited to have a partnership with Casper® mattress. Please follow us on Instagram at: st.aubins_keep Feel free to link your images.
Our neighborhood, long ago, used to be a plantation, complete with manor house and outbuildings. The manor, built around 1800, still stands behind our property, and so too its barn. Now separately owned, the converted brick barn is our home. The farmland that surrounded the estate was sold off and subdivided in the early 50's when the homes you will see around us were built. Our neighborhood is called St. Aubins Heights, named after the manor estate, and is located on the north side of Easton.
  • Amazing little stay! I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay near St. Michaels or Easton. Everything is close buy. The spot itself is cozy, stylish and has all you need!

  • Very flexible and great communication!

  • What a special place! The Crib is stylish and luxurious, with special decorator touches throughout. The amenities are wonderful and Kevan and Chris have really thought of everything a guest might need during their stay. The coffee station, muffins, and yogurt were a special kindness that we truly appreciated. Kevan and Chris were wonderful hosts who went out of their way to greet us upon arrival and stop to chat when we saw them during our stay. They also provided a wealth of information about the local area and we found their dining recommendations to be spot on! Beautiful accommodations and lovely hosts helped to make this an unforgettable weekend in a special town!

  • Superb as always. Everything is spotless, warm and cozy. Top notch everything and darling place. Thoughtful touches and I love how peaceful it is...way better than any hotel or anyplace in downtown Easton.

    Colleen2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • The crib is just as described. A nice place to get away. We arrived to meeting Kevan, who gave us a quick introduction to our guest suite and the town of Easton. The bed is very comfortable and all the amenities are over the top. The Crib is not for light sleepers though. The host mentions you may want to bring an eye mask as there are no blinds on the sky lights. I would suggest some ear plugs, light sleepers may hear outside noises.

    David2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay at The Crib! The space was very clean and so comfortable. Kevan and Chris have such wonderful style...it felt like we were in a magazine ad! There were endless thoughtful touches... from the wireless speaker, extra phone charger, perfect little reading lights, muffins and yogurt... to the guide book, lush linens and towels, games, umbrellas... they really thought of everything! The grounds are beautiful even in the winter. Can’t say enough about this place. If you’re going to Easton, stay here for sure!

  • Quiet spot. Lindy is a great host. The suite is private with a shared entrance.

  • Lindy is a wonderful host. The accommodations are very comfortable, Lindy is very helpful in local amenities and information, and the location is quiet, and yet accessible to everything of interest on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Annapolis as well.

    George2019-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Lindy’s was easy. She showed us the ropes and then made herself available when we needed to speak to her. Little touches like candy and coffee were appreciated. The sheets were delightful! The location was ideal as it was quiet and out of the way of the bustle that being right off of Route 50 would bring. Although breakfast was offered we had breakfast with our friends so that is one element of our stay that we can’t comment on. Lindy is a gracious host and we would definitely return.

    Sandy2019-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lindy was a great host. She is very personable and knows a lot about the area because she has lived there for many years. She made a few suggestions for an outing (Terrapin Park) and dinner (Hemingway's) which was very good. The space at Lindy's was extremely clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and chose her location because it was a good stopping point for our trip from Cape May to DC. We took the Cape May/Lewes Ferry and drove to Lindy's from Lewes DE. If we ever have to go to DC again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

  • Beautiful accommodations, and a lovely charming host. Lindy has added so many thoughtful touches to the rooms, and we had a very restful sleep there. She really goes above and beyond for her guests. I wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely recommend :)

  • This is a wonderfully relaxing place - nice to return to after a busy day in Annapolis.

    William2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great space clean quiet. Lindy went out of her way to be a great host

    Anna2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Lindy’s home as we were attending a wedding on Kent Island. We were initially intending only to stay a couple of nights but enjoyed our time so much that we stayed on for another night so we could explore the area! The place is perfectly located for the wedding venues (and the wider area, which is beautiful!) and the room is really comfortable, clean and characterful. Lindy was an impeccable host. She waited up late for us when we got stuck in traffic on our way over the bridge and even offered a glass of wine when we arrived. Throughout the visit she went above and beyond, from providing delicious yoghurt and granola for breakfast to offering us some home made peach cobbler one evening. All in all, a first class Airbnb - thank you Lindy!

  • Wonderful place to go for a relaxing and quiet weekend. The little tea house is adorable and provides a great selection of teas and snacks. Our room had a great view and was spacious. We will definitely return soon.

  • Lovely place! Beautiful view! Lovely amenities! Host is super-responsive. Extremely warm and helpful staff.

  • My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Sandaway and it was the perfect place to relax and spend time together! We were upgraded to a waterfront room with a beautiful porch where we spent most of our time relaxing and playing board games that were provided. The bed and breakfast is extremely cozy and welcoming and the complimentary breakfast baskets outside our door were great to wake up to. The town of Oxford is adorable and there are many shops and restaurants in walking distance of Sandaway. We will be back!
