El centro de interpretación Van Straelen se mantiene abierto hasta las 17 h. El sendero sigue hacia el centro de interpretación Van Straelen, luego hacia el centro de crianza y desde ahí inicia un sendero circular elevado, hecho de madera, desde donde se puede observar al Solitario George y a las tortugas de la isla Española; termina en el corral de exhibición de tortugas. Las tortugas de este corral están acostumbradas al hombre y es un excelente sitio para que el visitante se fotografíe con ellas. ”
