Many great restaurants within minutes of this location or you can cook your own meals in the full kitchen. We are close to hiking, biking, kayaking and much more. Located on a scenic road in the rural residential part of town, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking view of fields, gardens, pond and mountain ranges. We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

Brookside Log Cabin on Tenney Mountain

An adorable cabin to stay in while you ski at the newly re-born Tenney Mountain Ski Area, or spend the weekend snowmobiling through the many miles of trails which are accessible just across the street. Hiking and lake fun at nearby Newfound Lake; or just relax to the babbling brook off the covered back deck. Built by Tenney Mountain co-founder John French and used for many years as housing for ski patrol, a lot of good times have been had here.
