Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course.
