A few steps from the Nelson Cathedral in a historic part of the city, we offer a unique self-contained holiday apartment on the ground floor. The central business district is just a 2 minute walk away where you will find an array of café's, bars, restaurants, shops and recreational facilities. The apartment is quiet and private with a beautiful garden outlook and sleeps a couple plus one in comfort. Children stay free. There is a designated on-street car park directly in front of the house. With The Abel Tasman, and Nelson Lakes National Parks just a 1.5 hour drive, this is a fantastic location from which to explore the Nelson region. We assume that guests will be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 and we can not accept bookings from unvaccinated people

WE HAVE REDUCED OUR PRICE PER NIGHT FOR MOST OF MAY JUNE AND JULY We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance . It is 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, takeaways . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Situated on Nelsons popular waterfront our roomy lower level apartment is close the beach or the city. We believe it's the little things that count when staying in holiday accommodation so we have equipped our apartment with luxury linen, furnishings, SKY TV, DVD, Smart TV with Netflix, Nespresso machine, BBQ and Wifi. A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail. WiFi, smart TV, espresso machine, air fryer, blue tooth speaker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, walk in wardrobe, modern appliances throughout.

Central Nelson self-contained studio in quiet area, 1 block from the botanical garden, art gallery and a short walk from town centre, bars and restaurants. Own entrance, off street parking. 15mins from the airport. We have just finished extensions to the house although this does not affect the studio space, the driveway and landscaping have yet to be completed.
