El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia.
