Bedroom is spacious and features Queen bed, double wardrobe and sunny deck leads from French doors in bedroom with woodland garden views and glimpses of Manukau Harbour . The apartment is ground floor of my home but can be completely closed off. The apartment has its separate entrance and decks. Private, separate, gated entrance. Outdoor deck, bedroom and lounge , are ideal for relaxing with views of bush and Manukau Harbour. West wing appartment is entirely private. Close to Auckland Airport, West Wing Apartment, has its own entrance and driveway parking in a leafy family Neighbourhood. 2km from the Southern Motorway and hustle and bustle of Manukau City. Totara Park is across the road, and it's a short stroll to Botanical Gardens. Manukau Mall, Rainbows End, White Water Park, and MIT are a seven-minute drive away. Main train Station and Bus Station is located at the mall which is 7 mins drive. Pets OK by arrangement ONLY.
