This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). The house looks over fields and countryside yet only 12 miles from Bath and 3 miles from the very cool town of Frome. We have a farm shop and cafe right on your doorstep as well as two great pubs. all perfect for your stay so you can enjoy country walks, log fires. We welcome well-behaved dogs, not suitable for 2 dogs, please provide further advice on breed when booking.

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.
