Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée.
