Sintra with a Local (Pick up Lisbon)
Hi everyone!!
The idea of this experience is to provide the best possible full day in our hometown. Knowing Sintra like the back of our hands and all the magic it has to offer, we came up with what we believe to be the most amazing and complete way of experiencing its wonders in one full day!
- Start the day in Lisbon in front of Dona Maria II Theater
- Our first stop will be at the historic center of Sintra to discover its beautiful labyrinth like streets. We will talk about what makes Sintra so special while discovering its secrets and taste its unique pastry.
- We will then discover the Palace of Quinta da Regaleira and get lost in its 4 hectares of mysticism and romantic arquitecture and gardens.
- From here we will leave the tourists behind and go through the very picturesque and hidden towns of Colares, Penedo, Almoçageme etc. to reach the open atlantic coastline.
- On the coastline we will go for a waterfront lunch before exploring its brethtaking cliff views and Cabo da Roca - The end of the World!
-We will then have the best postcard like views of the Pena Palace and finish the tour with a visit to this unique romantic Palace. :)

We will sail along the Tagus river and enjoy the beautiful and full of history Lisbon's coast line.
I always try to make this experience the most eco-friendly possible by using the sails, thus make it cleaner, if you want you can help me with the sailing activities or just relax.
As the day ends you can enjoy Lisbon's beautiful sunset.
This is a great activity for groups and families.
I will be giving explanations and curious stories of Lisbon's history and of my voyages and sailing in general, and lets not forget the glass of port wine

Eat an authentic meal with a home chef
Feel at home at an informal and relaxed dinner where you'll be able to savor some of the ingredients of Portugal, a country known for its gastronomy. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a typical dish of our country—Octopus " à lagareiro". For entrées, I'll serve a board of smoked sausages, mackerel fillets in a vinaigrette sauce, and Alheira puff pastry. And to finish with something sweet, we'll enjoy curd with pumpkin jam and " my creation of a chocolate mousse". And of course, I will select Portuguese wine for this tasting.

Lisbon is one of the world’s most photogenic cites, its unique light perfect for photoshoots. As a lover of photography, it is my aspiration to create a beautiful collection of photos of the streets of Lisbon.
The sessions are private, catering to individuals, couples, or groups of family or friends.
Our time together will be light and easy, so you can feel comfortable in front of the camera.
We’ll meet in the historic city centre and take a walking tour past some of Lisbon’s famous sights, distinctive backdrops, characteristic streets, and hidden corners. Our itinerary can be adapted according to your personal tastes.
This package includes 50 professionally treated photos.

Lisbon Sunset Sensations Sailing with wine and snacks
I will meet my guests at the meeting point at the Marina, and present my self, my co-hosts and Crew. When all guests arrived at the meeting point, we go to the boat, where i provide a short security briefing about the tour and what includes, such as the wine and the snacks.
We will then head down the Tagus River to begin our tour, departing from Lisbon’s Alcântara Marina and heading towards Belém. We are going to pass through some of the most iconic monuments and the crew is going to tell some histories about Portugal and the discoveries.
You will after this be taken up river seeing a panoramic view of the city as you go under the bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and observe Cristo Rei in all its majesty overlooking Lisbon. Finish your tour sailing towards the sunset enjoying your wine while returning to the marina in Alcântara.
During this tour, great conversation is always a “must have” and you can learn a bit about the nautical history of Lisbon and get suggestions on what to see and where to eat.

Views of Lisbon relaxing on a Sailboat
Welcome aboard!
We will sail on the calm waters of the Tagus, the river that bathes Lisbon and almost looks like sea. During the boat tour the unique light of the city, the seven hills and their monuments in the riverside area will accompany us. From the dock of Santo Amaro the sailing tour takes us to the Trade Place (Praça do Comércio), a square that opens on the river and is admired in all its splendor from the water.
From here, we are able to look at some of Lisbon's oldest districts, such as the Baixa, Saint George Castle, or Alfama that comes down the hill, with its typical old houses.
The boat tour will cross then the Tagus river until the south bank, you get a unique view of the city - the perfect postcard. Later, in the area of Belém we will sail in front of the Belem Tower or the Monument to the Discoveries.
If you choose the sunset tour you will have the possibility to sail along the Tagus and enjoy an unforgettable sunset tour.
At the same time, we ask you to let yourself go, relax, have a drink and enjoy our national cheeses and ham while you during an amazing boat tour along Lisbon. Yes, Lisbon it is also this - a snack, two fingers of conversation and a good wine.Embark, the rest is up to us.

Go Sailing - Lisbon Sailing Tour
Go Sailing Lisboa offers you the chance to appreciate the wonderful Lisbon sights from a different perspective.
This is a fun, calm and easy going experience that also allows you to learn about sailing, where you grab the helm, help on the maneuvers and/or just relax, meet people, learn history, curious facts and local tips about Lisboa, aboard of a 12 meters sailboat.
The two-hour sailing experience have as main route untie from the marina, sailing head to Praça do Comércio (Comercial Square), then turn to Cristo-Rei (King Christ), then to Torre de Belém (Belem Tower) sailing under the 25 de April bridge, and return to the marina passing by Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Monument to the Discoveries).
We also offer several difference experiences for group (min 2 and max 11 people). Tailor made tours are also possible but should be arranged in advance (e.g. Beach, Cascais, Team Builing).

Once it's a group experience, and in order to comply with all the security measures, it's mandatory to arrive 30 minutes the experience start

You will board a modern sailing boat and will set sail for tour hours of fun and amazing scenery with the Clean & Safe certification from the Portuguese Turism Board!
As you leave the dock you’ll pass by the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, monument in the shape of a ship that celebrates the discoveries of the Portuguese Empire, built for the Portuguese World Exhibition in 1940, and also the Torre de Belém, an iconic monument of Lisbon.
You’ll see the most important points of interest of this beatiful city like Terreiro do Paço, Cais do Sodré , Museum of Electricity, MAAT and Cristo Rei.

Azulejos workshop, create one of a kind souvenirs
I will receive you in my workshop that can accommodate up to 8 people. I only lead the workshop and want to know you, which is why once installed, we will make a quick tour of the table.
My native language is French but I manage in English and Portuguese !!
Then, I will present you the course of the workshop and the principle of Forms.
For two hours and more, you will be free to express yourself on paper and create your unique work of art.
Throughout the process, I will stay by your side to guide you if you feel the need.
Once finished, your drawing will be scanned and transferred to an tile 10cmx10cm so you will leave with your real unique tile and a souvenir of your extraordinary trip.
If you wish, it will be possible to buy the Kit Formettes Lisbon Collection and edit other tiles or objects to bring back as gifts, but this is not included in the workshop price.

You will be met at the Dock Gate by someone who will take you to our boat and brief you on safety and information about the boat and the tour. Our tour has recieved the Clean & Safe certification from the Portuguese Turism Board! We will then leave the dock and depending on the current and wind we will start the tour seeing the magnificent Torre de Belém and the go up river to the center of Lisbon seeing all the main points of interest during the trip.
You will see Lisbon from the river and find out little secrets about this wonderful city.

First of all I have to say that Lisbon is my favorite city! Sun, nice people and good wine. About the wine, I always have a good bottle of Portuguese wine in my bag to share with you while we are walking or having breathtaking views from Lisbon’s hills.
I propose you to discover Lisbon in a way I know the city with my secret streets and hidden places that only I know, believe me you will be surprised!!! I will show you the Lisbon’s most beautiful Places in 360 degrees with it’s history and funny stories.
We start our adventure with the maze of Alfama, beautiful views, going through some remarkable spots as Lisbon’s Cathedral ( where I will tell you how to make a wish), Roman ruins , not touristic Miradouros in a company with a legend of ravens and many others.
Then we go up to my favorite viewpoint where you can have rest and a glass of wine or two or more.
The second part of our adventure is completely different. You will discover unique street art area, an old authentic district that only few people know with it’s fado history, hidden Palace in the middle of the city, creepy church and Santa Justa Elevator( I know how to get there without paying) , Gothic Church through my secret street leading up. We will take a picture between 3 hills, eat the most delicious cake and see much more.

Join us on a unique 4 hour walking tour of Lisbon and discover the rich history of the African diaspora in the city. With plenty of stops along the way, you'll have the opportunity to engage in conversation with attendees from all over the world and learn about the experiences of African people during the Portuguese transtlantic trade and colonial era.
Not only will you get to know the african diaspora today, but you'll also have the chance to connect with people and learn about their realities.
After the 4 hours walk, we end up with a delicious meal at an African restaurant, supporting black businesses in the community.
Please be aware that Lisbon is hilly and slippery and there stairs to climb. Therefore there is a minimum of physical condition necessary. There are some stairs to climb up. Also wear comfortable shoes.
Why not to expect:
- This experience is DESIGNED for large groups. If you are expecting a small group, this is definitely not a tour for you.
- The main topic is the Slave trade in Portugal and the world. If you are not comfortable with this subject this is definitely not an experience for you.
This tour is suitable for kids and seniors as long as they are used to walking.

We’ll start the tour in Chiado and finish in Alfama (20 mins walk from the starting point). Along the tour, we’ll walk through Pink Street, Cais do Sodré, Terreiro do Paço, and Baixa Pombalina (2km / 1.24mi in total).

Go sailing
Lisbon has a long maritime history, dating back to 1497 when Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama successfully sailed to India and back in one year. Today, locals love taking their sailboats out on the Tagus River, and many of them offer boat tours and sailing excursions.

Fado is a musical tradition that is still very alive on a walk along city streets. Sintra

Leafy streets shade cafe tables and quaint shops on your way to the colorful Palácio da Pena (Pena Palace). Lagos
