Fantastic opportunity to rent a newly built city apartment with elegant design. This penthouse with an elevator is situated on third beach line, approx. 100 m. from the beach, 200 m. from the train station. Restaurants & cafes and grocery store around the corner. 1 double bed, 180 cm, extra bed to role out 80 cm x 200 cm in the living room, a sofa, can accommodate a child under 150 cm. Full functional kitchen as well as dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hairdryer.
