Having the right equipment is a big part of success. The surf board must be suited to your height and weight and to your ability. We provide wetsuits that are specifically suited for men, women and children, and that are adapted to the season. Spring suits (3/2), summer suits (2/2) and winter suits (4/3). Every surf lesson is 2hours. Introduction to the elements: the waves, the currents, the sand banks and deep water troughs. And most importantly the rules of safety. -Introduction to the equipment. -Warm up and stretch on the beach. -Warm up in the water Finding your balance on the surfboard in a lying position: on the beach then in the water. The aim is to catch a white water wave or broken wave whilst lying on the surf board. This will allow you to become accustomed to the handling of the equipment in the ocean, the correct positioning and the general process of catching a wave before taking it any further. When you nose dive and you will nose dive you are understanding the importance of weight distribution on the board and it’s effects. -Now back on the beach we learn how to pop up on the board. This is where the real challenge begins.. The aim of the lesson is be able to stand on a surf board whilst riding the white water towards the beach. The key to success is to put you feet in the right place on the board in order to keep your balance. -Debriefing Other things to note Access to the toilet, shower, changing booths (heated in the winter) and a place to store your personal affairs in safety.

Découverte du sport typique du pays basque (La pelote basque) adapté à tout public : terrains de jeux, spécialités et instruments (pala, main nue, chistera...) CONTACTEZ MOI avant vos réservations. Vous serez ensuite plongé dans la peau d’un pelotari en exerçant plusieurs ateliers pouvant se pratiquer seul ou en groupe. La séance se finira par une vraie partie et bien évidemment par un verre de l’amitié pour débriefer de cette activité. Mon activité est de proposer des randonnées de niveaux faciles ou moyens pour des personnes qui veulent découvrir le pays basque et qui désirent s'imprégner de sa montagne et accéder à des panoramas fantastiques à de faibles altitudes (1000 m au maximum) et pour un effort pouvant varier en fonction du désir et du niveau du client ( la plus petite faisant deux heures). Vous aurez une vue à 360° sur les divers sommets basques, sur la mer et vous rencontrerez les animaux typiques tels que des pottocks, des brebis ou encore des vautours. Au milieu de la rando, une pause casse crôute avec des produits locaux vous est proposée. A la fin de l'activité, il sera possible d'aller se restaurer dans un lieu typique. Option possible : lever ou coucher de soleil avec bien évidemment dégustation de produits locaux prévue.

RANDONNEE LEVER DE SOLEIL & PETIT DEJEUNER AU SOMMET DE LA RHUNE Nous vous proposons de vivre une expérience unique, un moment hors du temps, avec un lever de soleil au sommet de " l'Everest Basque " qui, du haut de ses 905m, offre des points de vues à 360° époustouflants sur tout le Golfe de Gascogne d’un côté et la chaîne des Pyrénées de l‘autre. Guillaume, accompagné de Alain, vous accompagneront sur ce parcours de 11km environ pour 800 mètres de D+ La durée à titre indicatif de cette aventure est de 5h environ, mais dépend de l'allure du groupe ainsi que des arrêts. Sur un parcours agrémenté de quelques surprises, et dans ce haut lieu de pâturages, nous croiserons des Pottoks, petit chevaux symboles du Pays Basque ; parfois des Mannex “manèche”, brebis à tête noire ou rousse certainement moins connue que le fromage produit grâce à son lait généreux (l’Ossau-Iraty) ; ou peut-être les Betizu, une espèce bovine sauvage, cas unique en France... ou encore le vautour fauve Saïa qui plane sur les flancs de la Rhune. Au sommet une pause thé-café, jus de fruit, gâteau basque, jambon espagnol vous réchauffera ! Nous entamerons la redescente en franchissant la frontière franco-espagnole. Possibilité également en version TRAIL pour les plus sportifs !

Tout au long de la visite, j'incarnerai Jeanne, orpheline, ayant rejoint l'équipe de cuisinières du château sous l'égide de la duchesse. Je vous plongerai dans l'histoire captivante de Cadillac, où les intrigues de la cour se mêlent aux événements marquants du XVIIe siècle. Après l'enterrement de la duchesse d'Epernon, la ville subit une métamorphose dirigée par le Duc d'Epernon. L'ancien château cède place à un édifice somptueux, symbole des changements profonds à Cadillac. En tant que témoin privilégié je vous partagerai les détails captivants de cette époque charnière. Vous découvrirez la vie quotidienne à Cadillac au début du XVIIe siècle, des intrigues de la cour du Duc aux échos des guerres de religion, de l'assassinat d'Henri IV à la régence sous Louis XIII. Bayonne stroll downtown (Discovery of the seigneury) You will start from the Bayonne Tourist Office. Your experience begins with a personalized initiation so that you can master the INMOTION Segway with your guide. You start the walk with the discovery of the Adour quays and the confluence, then you will discover the gates of the ramparts of the seigneury. You will discover the city center and will have access to all the backdoors that hide the true charm of the little Bayonne. You will find there the famous Peña of the small and then the large Bayonne, to finally admire the Roman Cathedral of Sainte-Marie de Bayonne from the 16th century. You will return by the botanical gardens of Poterne before finishing place des Basques. Duration an hour and a half but can be extended a little depending on the ease of each. Welcome to our unique space, to enjoy a calm and relaxing morning, soaking in a wood fired hot tub, with a view on the forest. Have a breakfast in lounge chairs, eating homemade waffles, drinking a herbal tea from the garden (lemon balm, verbena, sage etc..) or a filter coffee from the local roaster. For the most brave, we will propose to take a cold shower before soaking in the warm water of the hot tub, to reduce stress, to improve your blood circulation and for many other benefits.

Although the discovery of the city is an amusing aspect of the experience, teaching French is the first objective of your trip: let me introduice you with its grammar (which is not so complicated), the elegance of its words and of course, give you the opportunity to order a good glass of wine in a typical French bar. Découverte en bateau catamaran au depart du port d'Arcachon pour une expérience inédite avec 2 natifs du bassin d'Arcachon. Plongez dans une balade non touristique et en petit groupe de 10, vous pouvez privatiser également la séance. La balade se deroule sur le bassin d'Arcachon en matinée 8h30 ou au coucher de soleil selon les jours disponibles pour la marée. Nous profiterons pour nous poser sur un banc de sable qui ne se découvre pas à toutes les marées, une chance de d' y accéder en tant que touriste. Une fois sur le banc de sable au milieu du bassin d'Arcachon, nous démarrons la séance de yin yoga. Une fois terminée nous partons déguster selon vos demandes des huitres et du vin, Pour le matin une boisson chaude offerte avec collation. Ensuite fin de la session nous repartons au port D'Arcachon pour vous deposer. En ce qui concerne le yin yoga: Le yin représente le principe feminin. La lenteur l'immobilité. Issue du yoga taoiste et du hatha yoga. La pratique est adaptée à tous selon notre morphologie. Le yin yoga s'apparente à des étirements, la plupart des postures sont à même le sable et dans une certaine immobilité durant 3 a 5 min par position. Les bienfaits sont nombreux sur le corps et le mental. Il ameliore la santé physique et diminue les douleurs tout respectant vos capacités. Il apporte un reel bienfait sur l'agitation du mental, le stress.

Notre visite débute avec la rencontre des animaux: vous irez rencontrer les différents groupes d'alpagas (les mâles, les jeunes, les femelles avec leurs petits), vous pourrez les approcher et peut être les toucher si vous êtes calmes et patients. Avec les enfants, nous pourrons également aller voir les poneys. Nous vous expliquerons le mode de vie des alpagas et vous pourrez poser toutes les questions qui vous viennent à l'esprit. Puis, nous vous expliquerons le cheminement de l'animal au bonnet avec une petite exposition photo qui expliquera la tonte, la récolte des toisons, le tri et la transformation. Vous pourrez toucher la douceur de la laine et apprécier les produits tricotés ou crochetés main. La visite se déroule dans un environnement vert, calme et reposant. Autres remarques moment en campagne, dans les champs, prévoir une tenue adapté à l'activité et à la météo. Adapté à tous les âges, chemin facile mais non adapté à un fauteuil ou une poussette. Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis pour ne pas perturber les alpagas.
