Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

Dog-friendly, spacious 3-level country-style home in Masthope—perfect for families up to 10. Two living rooms, open kitchen with granite counters, pool table, fire pit, BBQ, deck with dining + loungers. If you have pet allergies, this may not be the best fit. Beautiful, cozy, and made for memory-making. Kitchen is fully stocked. We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and all bed linens and towels.

1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.
