We have recently returned from a wonderful stay. The house is gorgeous and was the perfect set up for us (2 families, 4 adults and 4 children). The house was very clean, great artwork on the walls, modern en-suites to each room and a well equipped kitchen. We stayed for 10 nights and self catered most of the time. Not only is there a fantastic pool, but a large terrace with bbq for lots of outside eating, an orchard to explore, and very large garden for kids to run around in. There are also a plethora of bicycles, scooters etc that occupied the kids so that adults could relax in the calming surroundings. It is quiet and serves as a perfect retreat. Troyes is lovely town not too far away in one directions and lakes not too far away in the other direction that has a beach and many activities. Will definitely come back again.

Cyril's apartment is very well located in the city, close to the hypercentre on foot (about 5 min). It is very easy to park next to it thanks to a public car park (30 sec on foot). The apartment is very clean and communication with Cyril was very effective. We had a good stay!

The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful and can be closed when you are finished swimming. The garden is fenced, so children cannot walk away. These two plus points are perfect for going here with small children. The house is also fine but due to the nice weather we have not been much in here.

Celine’s apartment is cosy and comfortable. It is so close to all the great places to visit. An easy walk to the Halles and the medieval town and cathedral. It was fantastic to have your own private car space right next to the front door!

We had a very good stay in Céline's studio! The location is ideal, close to the city center, many amenities and the canal for night or morning walks! We did not use the private parking because there are many parking spaces nearby. The studio is cozy and well equipped. In short I recommend!

Excellent little apartment for a short term stay. Sofa bed a little unbalanced but overall excellent value for money with very thoughtful extra touches - drinks, kids snacks etc Coffee pod machine was a welcome sight in the morning!

This was our second stay at Sylvie’s apartment and, as before, everything was just right for a stopover on the way to Switzerland and for a brief stay in Troyes. The apartment is spotless, in a good location (boulangerie very close and various restaurants within walking distance) and the food and drink left for breakfast are a great touch.

A perfect handy budget place to stay to explore the stunning city of Troyes. It was spotless, we were met as soon as we arrived and shown the very secure parking. It was a short easy walk into town, there was a good boulangerie accross the road and a very close supermarket. Four of us stayed there happily (we had to share beds as two doubles) - just using it as a base to go out from.

Easy to locate with the GPS. Looks brand new, very cosy although quite small. On a walking distance from the center of the city. Parking space available in front of the address. You only need to keep in mind there are steep stairs leading both to the living space as well as the sleeping area in case you are with really small kids or someone who has mobility difficulties or limitations.

Lovely apartment about ten minutes walk from town. Really clean and well equipped for a short break. Steep stairs up to mezzanine bed might not be great for some.

We stayed with our dog for one night in February, and the apartment was lovely and warm in very cold weather. It is two minutes from the old centre of Troyes, which is definitely worth exploring. The hallway of the building is a bit basic, but once you are in the apartment it has everything you need for a comfortable night, and the bedroom is very quiet - no road noise.

Stay that went very well, we were 6 adults and a child of 18 months, nice house and we could enjoy the pool in the evening! Small and private dead end, carport. The factory outlets are about 15 minutes and downtown 10 minutes.

This house is great! We had a stay at the top in this house tastefully decorated. The indoor pool with sound system is a huge plus!

Nice house, nicely decorated and very well placed. (20 min drive from McArthurGlen stores and 10 min drive from downtown). We enjoyed the space and the well-wooded garden and the indoor pool. The latter was profitable even at the end of the day.

Stella’s house is beautiful and has everything that you need to have a great holiday. The property is very private and secure with electric gates and private parking for your car on the drive. Upon arrival we were greeted by her lovely neighbour Dominique who showed us round the property and explained everything to us. The house was spotlessly clean and the indoor pool was fantastic!! We enjoyed having the use of the outdoor barbecue and the outdoor space is beautifully maintained and gets the sun all day. There is a supermarket (Intermarche) just a two minute walk round the corner and there a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The centre of Troyes is about a 25 minute walk from the house. Troyes is a beautiful town with lots to see and do. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops. This is a fantastic house in a fantastic location and Stella was a perfect host. We had a wonderful holiday and can highly recommend this home.
