Cosy small studio apartment

Studio apartment for two persons is in a house with several apartments, on the ground floor with separate entrance. It is a quite small studio (20 m2) but has all necessary for two people on vacation. There is a table with two chairs outside. The house is situated 300 m from the city center and 400 m from the beach, it takes 5-10 minutes walk. There is a lot of free paking space near the house. The owner lives in the same house. Included in the price: parking, final cleaning, wi-fi, tourist tax.

Bakar does not have a beach, but 10 minutes from the village there are all major tourist places and beaches. To get to Bakar and move around the surrounding villages and towns, you need a car. Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.
