If you want to know the famous neighborhood of Triana, you just have to cross its bridge and enjoy the atmosphere and its famous Tapas. Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. It will be me, the owner of the Loft who will receive you and deliver the keys and explain the services they have at their disposal. I can also inform and advise you on monuments and events in the area. The Loft is located in the Arenal neighborhood, a quiet and traditional neighborhood, just three minutes from the Cathedral, with many restaurants and terraces that will delight our guests. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Apartamento muy amplio a estrenar en el centro de la Ciudad. Edificio de nueva construcción con muchos detalles. La cocina, aunque abierta al salón, es casi independiente a éste. El sofá se convierte en una cómoda cama de 190 x 150 cms con un buen colchón. El dormitorio es muy acogedor con un balcón a la calle, mucha luz y un enorme armario empotrado. En el baño hay un gran plato de ducha. Techos altos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, y familias.
