I will give you a topo on the hike. Then we will start hiking with breaks of course to appreciate the landscape, the surrounding mountains .... Once at the top, you will have time to rest, picnic, enjoy the view, the sunset if the hike is done at the end of the day, before starting the descent. We will make loops as much as possible so as not to repeat the same route and thus enjoy other landscapes. I will adapt without problem so that you have a good time! Today, living in Annecy, the « Little Venise of the Alpes », 30 minutes away from Geneva, I find inspiration in the regional and local products the region has to offer, in order to create an inventive and generous French cuisine. This is why I propose you a day of "cooking and sharing" : a typical French culinary experience. 8:30 am Visit of the local market ( tuesday and friday) in the Old town of Annecy in the heart of the historical district. We will meet the local producers of cheese, fruits and veggies. We will stop in local shops and buy all the necessary ingredients to elaborate the recipes for our meal. 10:30 am Together we will cut, slice, boil, simmer and cook an enjoyable French seasonal lunch. 13:00 pm A table ! Let's eat together at a beautifully dressed table with silverware, crystal, and « Limoges » dishes. A glass of AOC ( origin controlled appellation ) regional wine will be served if you wish. Partez à l'aventure sur le plus grand lac glaciaire naturel de France. Avec ses 44.5 km², le Lac du Bourget regorge de secteurs favorables à l'observation des oiseaux, des mammifères et des insectes typiques de la Savoie. Au cours de cette excursion, nous nous retrouverons sur le meilleur point d'observation situé au sud du Lac. Après une introduction sur son histoire, ses particularités et sa richesse, nous partirons pour une heure de découverte. Un guide expérimenté vous présentera les espèces emblématiques du lac en vous prêtant le matériel d'observation adapté (jumelles, longues-vues…). Chaque observation s'accompagne d'anecdotes sur l'écologie et la phénologie des espèces rencontrées (pourquoi les oiseaux migrent-ils ?, le cycle de vie des libellules, la vie du castor…). Une présentation par vos guides à l'aide de fiches pédagogiques vous permettra de connaître les principaux critères pour l'identification des espèces rencontrées. L’activité convient parfaitement aux familles, lors de la période estivale les enfants pourront participer à la chasse aux trésors du lac ! Équipés de leurs jumelles et d’une carte, ils partiront à la recherche des espèces peuplant le lac. Chaque trouvaille sera agrémentée par une explication adaptée sur l’écologie de l’espèce et la découverte d’un objet lui appartenant (traces, plumes, exuvies…).

The Angon Canyon is the must-see canyon of Haute-Savoie! I welcome you down the canyon to explain the operation of the exit and equip you with the appropriate equipment. I will be constantly shooting as we make our way to the traboule background at a courtyard building in the Pentes quarter of 1st arrondissement between Saône and Rhone rivers. In 1,5-2 hour I’ll have you explore the most unique places at the heart of Lyon, the ones only locals know. We might also stop by one of my favorite gallery “ Le Réverbère” or as well have a coffee in the secret triangular square nearby Opera just before finishing your photoshoot with an amazing background of the Opera building. The price includes everything: the photo shoot, the printing of your pictures on high quality paper by one of my trusted photograph in the old way and the delivery to your address !
