Scenic Lookout
“This is a little known gem. It provides the best free views of the city. It is only open Mon-Fri 10am-3pm and can be a little tricky to find but just ask when you are going through security. There are also a few cool pieces in the museum (it is not much of a museum) at the top.”

In honor of his wit and wisdom, the Kurt Vonnegut Museum and Library champions the literary, artistic and cultural contributions of the late writer, artist, teacher and Indianapolis native Kurt Vonnegut.
