Fabulous views of the countryside known as Watership Down, But great position for lots of interest (see below). 10 minutes down the back doubles to Newbury. Also easy to access A34 for Oxford and Winchester. We are also 15 minutes from M3 and M4. Local pub The Royal Oak in Ecchinswell 15 minutes walk away through our grounds.
