“Take the tour inside and see early 'luxury living' as well as the servants kitchen and where soldiers camped in battle - surprisingly entertaining! Don't want to go inside? The grounds are great for strolling through as well as lovely views - especially if you keep walking out to the bridge and even further along you'll find the Royal Botanical Gardens”

“I don't have a huge interest in war or airplanes but even with a passing interest there's lots to see and do in this airplane hangar - climb into cockpits, take amazing pics, learn about the past and virtually fly a bomber under the skybridge :-)”

“Discover this grand Italianate-style villa built in the 1830s on Burlington Heights; the former site of a fortified military encampment established by the British in 1813. Today Dundurn Castle tells the story of the family who lived above stairs and the servants who lived and worked below stairs to support their affluent lifestyle. Experience unique and engaging cooking and gardening workshops or custom design your own for groups of 15 or more.”

Museum
“Every year they hold the Maker Faire which is free. They do take donations throughout the event so it can remain free so any child can go. The cost of food and drinks was really cheap and hosted by Jack Asters. They had so many children's stations to make their own toys and play with them. Most booths were interactive even if they were showing something like a model train station made entirely of Lego. They also had an ice cream food truck and access to the museum for free with one part having a liaison. Very enjoyable day! ”
