Cozy apartment in the center of Ouddorp aan Zee

This apartment offers lots of privacy with a private sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. Next to the underfloor heating there is a cozy wood stove. Through an open staircase you enter the sleeping area, in which there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog we charge 15 euros cash on arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix ( no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg equipment and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a Southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. In the closed laundry room there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two parts, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two single beds on the other side. The space with the wooden floor and beds immediately feels relaxed. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very light in atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment can participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is next to the apartment. The guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden there is a cozy seat, relax chairs and large picnic table. My boyfriend and I are available by mail, whats app and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is just around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and lovely with some cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Enjoy the peace and quiet. You can do that in the beautifully renovated B&B of Henry and Annemarie, equipped with all the comforts at the edge of the beautiful Dirksland. The Wagon Barn is a luxury outbuilding with lots of privacy, an excellent place to discover the stunning Goeree-Overflakkee. The location is also very suitable for families with kids. The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingen beach (5 min.) or the Norwegian beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.

Come and visit our B&B and be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. The B & B is located on the former estate where around 1500 stood the castle Huize Potter. In 1840 it was converted into a beautiful white farmhouse. The arrival is fairytale, if you drive over the long driveway. The property is in the back of the farmhouse. You have your own entrance. The garden around the cottage is part of it and here you can enjoy the sun.
