Luca's apartment in Pizzoferrato (Valle del Sole) is really well cut, in 40 m2 there are all the necessities for a nice holiday in peace. I will certainly recommend the stay. We were in July and the village was half-deserted, the one we were looking for.

Perfect hospitality. Although Luca was not physically present, he was always reachable and ready to call us to answer our questions or to make sure that everything was going well. The house is clean, has everything you need both in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which I like a lot and I think it is useful for enjoying the holiday in peace, without having to buy everything you need only for 2 days. Convenient location to reach the village and to stay quiet at night and above all cool (in summer). I highly recommend it!

I spent a WE in Pizzoferrato. The landscape is enchanting. It is a quiet place and suitable for families who want a little relaxation. The house is located a few kilometers from the village in a tourist village called Valle del Sole, surrounded by nature. We got to know the host Luca, a very sympathetic and helpful person who gave us many tips on what to do and where to go around. The house is very clean and equipped with everything you need. We will certainly return. Recommended!

Luca was very kind and even if he could not be there to greet us he arranged for someone else to give us the keys and to show us around. The house is nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I will be definitely staying here again!

Luca was extremely helpful. He was away on business but arranged for someone to meet us and check us in. Everything went smoothly and as planned. The apartment is in a winter resort enclave. It's clean and has a very warm cabin feel to it, even though it's one of a number of apartments in the building. Since we're visiting in June there weren't many people around, so we felt we had the place to ourselves. The views are great and there's lots of surrounding nature to enjoy. Luca checked in regularly before, during and after our stay. He took good care of us. I would stay there again.

We were guests of Mansarda Giulia during the New Year holidays; the accommodation is a typical mountain house, in the heart of the valley of the sun, easy to reach and a few minutes drive from Roccaraso and its ski resorts. Although not physically present, Ms. Giulia gave us all the information and was always available before and during the stay ... Fantastic check-in and check-out experience, thanks to the availability of Mr. Giuseppe, who also helped us after a problem with our car. Absolutely recommended !!!

Structure in a small, cozy and quiet residence 15 minutes from Roccaraso with all essential services.

Andreas place was perfect for our needs. Clean and warm with a kitchen to cook in. Plenty parking available and close to Rocarasso. A few hotels with spa's not too far away.

Very nice house, efficient domestic services, a little small fridge. 20 minutes from the ski lifts.

The stay was very pleasant. The house despite being about twenty minutes from the Roccaraso plants proved to be a good choice for a ski weekend. Barbara is a really helpful and precise hostess. The house is super equipped.

We found the Casa di Sonia definitely above our expectations. Cozy, warm, clean and equipped with everything you need. Very well furnished and attention to detail. There are two bedrooms to sleep in and you do not notice the difference between one and the other, even the sofa bed is very comfortable. Equipped with a fireplace that unfortunately we did not have time to turn on. Perfect for a holiday in the sign of relaxation or to go skiing in Roccaraso (only 20 minutes from the lifts) keeping away from the chaos and traffic of the typical country of high season. In short, everything is perfect, thanks Sonia, we will definitely be back!

Typical apartment in the mountain areas, extremely welcoming, very warm and equipped with what it takes to feel good. It is really located in an excellent point to easily reach the ski resorts. Thank you for several things: for the careful hospitality, for the H24 heating, for the kindness - and not only of Mrs. Anna Maria and her son Giovanni -, but also of the neighbors and Mrs. Emilia. We had a great time and celebrating the new year in the mountains so it was a precious gift.

Great stay for those who are tired from a big city routing and wants to have a real rest in a beautiful place in the montains. Fully equipped house with history, very cosy and full of little traditional details makes you feel at home here (even if you don't speak Italian at all). The host is super fast to answer and is always ready to help. Great place, great house, great people! Would absolutely recommend it!!!

6 days in New Year period, always available and fast in the answers and during our stay nothing went wrong, very clean house in very central position, in the town square, 15 minutes from Roccaraso. If you come back I would not hesitate to check the availability of this house!

I suggest you to stay there, given the convenience of reaching Roccaraso by car or snow-covered destinations, the easy parking space nearby, the comfort of the house and the availability of the owners.

We were very satisfied with the great hospitality and kindness of the host Gino Andrea Antonelli and his family, who welcomed us into their home with the warmth of the fireplace! Everything perfect, from cleaning the house and the garden to the super-equipped kitchen as well as the linen and all that is necessary to feel at home. Very nice, spacious and cozy, the house and the garden large enough and well cared for. Also the location of the house is perfect, because a few steps from the central square, from the various shops, from the pharmacy and a short distance from Roccaraso and very nice hamlets to visit. What about ... an experience to be relived for sure and maybe for a few more days. We still thank the host for our excellent stay. Seeing is believing!

The apartment is on the main square of the village. All services are within a few meters and the area is also convenient for parking. Although Ateleta is very simple and does not offer great attractions, it is strategically located for anyone who wants to quickly reach the ski slopes, or in any case the equipped areas of Roccaraso and Rivisondoli, but offering the tranquility of a small mountain village. Gino's apartment is very comfortable and clean, and having been lived, offers many comforts. Excellent communication and attention to our needs. It is certainly a structure that, as a host, I recommend, and in which account to return.

The house is wonderful in a very central location with large living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. The host was incredibly easy to deal with and everything went very smoothly. Definitely would stay again and could not recommend it highly enough.
