Amazing original farmhouse that's been refinished inside to be incredibly clean, functional, and relaxing. We loved getting to explore the huge property with our dog and loved waking up to horses, chickens, and dogs every morning! Great hosts with loads of recommendations for how to spend your time - will definitely be back!

This rental exceeded my expectations. The house is a great size and the right amount of space for a family of 4. It has charming, homey touches throughout. The view of the sunsets along with the horses out to pasture are stunning. A wonderful family oriented experience. Our visit was made so special by everyone there. We met horses and my daughter was able to ride one. We visited the chickens and met the friendly dogs on the property. Everyone that managed the rentals was absolutely amazing. Truly warm and wonderful people that made our stay unique. Would definitely go back again!

Stay here for an amazing get-away! We were only able to stay one night, but the experience makes you feel like you've REALLY gotten away! Breathtaking photography adorns the walls throughout. You feel so close to the animals, yet this impeccably clean home, so beautifully decorated, gives you a sense of 'cozy' unmatched by any place we've stayed! Modern color and style but in a home that brings you back to life the way it was meant to be. GREAT PEOPLE run this farm and home. Miles of property to hike/x-country ski but close enough to town to run in for dinner or coffee. I really appreciated Alexandra's quick responses and willingness to show me where I could x-country ski around her 71 acres. The airbnb was clean and comfortable and just perfect for a place to call home for a night.

This is a comfortable, quiet space in a beautiful setting in an historic building. I was very happy for the 5 weeks I was there. Comfy bed, wonderfully hot water, hardwood floors, and a welcoming feel made it a great stay. Over and above that, Christina and Brian are so warm and friendly and kind, they made everything just that much better. :-)

Cozy cabin! The wood stove kept it nice and warm, and there is a lot of natural light coming in through the windows and skylights. The creek sounds were soothing.

Nick & Kristina's cabin is as good as it gets! They had everything i needed and more, clean and cozy, the babbling creek outside your bedroom makes it so relaxing, saw the most beautiful bluejays in the back yard, will be back next winter!

This camp at Lake Desolation is the perfect spot for a relaxing and romantic weekend in nature. The location was convenient to Saratoga while still letting you few that you were away from it all. The beds were really comfortable and the layout was perfect. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Lovely place, very cozy, the stream out back was wonderful. 2 notes: if you plan on cooking most of your meals the kitchen is lightly stocked with pots/pans. If you need a whisk or something particular you’re best bringing it; and if you plan on taking Lyft, we were not able to find a driver up there but Uber drivers were available. We would stay again. This is such a beautiful and welcoming spot. Michelle goes above and beyond providing toiletries and fresh fruit! And the decor is so bright and uplifting. A friend and I had traveled to Saratoga Springs for a concert, but unfortunately it was cancelled due to COVID 19 concerns. While we were reasonably bummed out, it was so nice to have this space to spend the night. We watched a movie on Netflix and enjoyed some tea (which was also provided). Next time I come to 'Toga, I will definitely look for accomodations in this space first!

Michele's place was wonderful! Very clean and trendy, the listing was as expected. We were most satisfied with our communication with Michele - we were actually in town for a funeral but had booked the place prior to funeral arrangements being confirmed. Michele was very understanding and helped us to make sure that we had the place for the date we needed. We also appreciated the wine she left us! It was a nice touch and helped us wind down after a 3.5 hr drive as well as got us ready for a long funeral day ahead.

Michele's place is beautifully appointed with many thoughtful touches, presented in beautiful decanters. The Italian china was especially lovely to have coffee and tea in at breakfast. The place was clean and a pleasure to stay in. I will be a repeat renter and recommend it without hesitation.

I LOVED my stay at this mother’s suite. The hostess left wine out for us and the house was spotless. They seemed very nice and generous. I loved the personal touches that the hostess did to accommodate me. Makeup remover wipes, girly scented soaps, anything a girl would need to relax, they did. I definitely would recommend this clean spacious apartment to anyone looking to feel comfortable and right at home 🥰 Thank you guys! You guys rock!

Better than promised! Beautifully decorated and maintained. Perfect distance from the “hustle and bustle” of downtown while still being connected. Top notch amenities. The best value in Saratoga Springs area.

This was our third stay with Bill and we were just as pleased as we were on our previous visits. He has made some updates to the space, including new furniture in the living space, in the past year that demonstrate his care as a host and high level of upkeep of the space.

The space is tranquil and stylish, and close to Saratoga. Bill is a friendly, kind and an accomodating person. He has great local tips. He gives you your space, but he's there when you need him. A great stay in a lovely area. The studio space is carefully decorated with great details, it just feels good in there. As listed, there’s no a kitchen but there’s a refrigerator, microwave and sink which are very convenient.

Bill was a fabulous host, and was gave us some great tips for enjoying the area. Linda's studio is spacious, charming, cozy, and comfortable, and the setting is serene and private. He also baked a pie for us with fresh local apples, which was so delicious! I'm very picky about cleanliness, and this is one of the cleanest places I've stayed. Thanks, Bill! Hopefully we'll make it back to visit sometime soon.

Bill is the consummate host. You almost would rather ditch your plans and hang out with him instead! He knows so much history about the area and his space is funky and unique. No amenity is spared. You have everything you need. He even baked us the yummiest apple pie we've ever tasted! Lovely man. Lovely home. Lovely area. Never miss the Adirondacks in the fall. The place had a lot of charm with detailed touches throughout the house. Bill was very accommodating with the check in time, and truly made me feel welcomed. It felt great to truly have a good night's rest without distractions and noises typically found in bigger cities. The property is very well maintained, and the room and bathroom were generous in size.

Rhonda was truly one of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever met! The Sweet Deal is an absolute gem, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area. There were so many considerate little touches that I never would’ve expected, but completely appreciated. We’ll be back for sure!

Great space, great host! Rhonda is definitely one of those people who were born to be a host. She goes to great lengths to make you feel comfortable. The space is wonderfully appointed with lots of little extras. An all around fantastic AirBnB experience, especially for people travelling with their pets!

My wife and I highly recommend staying at Rhonda’s place if you are looking to enjoy Saratoga or ADK region. The location is close to so many great places (we took our dogs to Saratoga State Park twice). We traveled to NY with our two fur babies for Christmas and were extremely happy when we realized how dog friendly Rhonda’s home is (not to mention the neighborhood is great for an early morning dog walk). Rhonda took the time to make sure we were comfortable and cozy. The apt was extremely clean and tidy with beautiful Christmas decorations all around. We give Rhonda’s place two thumbs up, or 5 stars if you prefer. My wife and I will stay there again.

This place is like a private in-law suite/apartment. Roomy and comfortable with a full kitchen. Convenient location for visiting our family in the area while also being close to Saratoga Springs. There are also stores and shops within a 10 minute drive. Very easy to communicate with Joseph. We appreciated the extra little things, like having wine glasses and corkscrew, products in the shower, and an electric fireplace for supplemental heat. We will definitely be back when visiting our family in the future!

This stay is perfect for anyone who wants to get away from busy towns or cities. The area was quiet, surrounded by nature, and the unit had an electric fireplace. Bedrooms had winterized sheets and comforters, as well as down-filled pillows. The bathroom was stocked well with surplus linens and paper supplies. Kitchen had pots/pans, plates/bowls/cups/mugs. Joseph responded quickly to text messages.

This is a great place to stay. I stayed for a month and appreciated how spacious it is. I also enjoyed going out on the deck each morning to read the paper and morning coffee in Tammy's beautifully landscaped and private back yard. The beds are very comfortable as is the furniture. The kitchen has all the items you need to make a full dinner. Tammy is a wonderful host. She's very upbeat and is very responsive to any requests.

Aurora was super friendly and an excellent host. The property was very clean. The location was a nice quiet country setting close to some great places. Aurora recommended the Charlton Tavern down the street from the house and they had excellent food and drink there. I am planning for a return trip in the future to Aurora’s place.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting to be holed up in a room for the weekend, but Aurora treats her guests like family. I plan to stay here again in the future.

A very quiet stay but not far off the main roads to Saratoga and Schenectady.

Aurora could not have been more accommodating. My original reservation was a scam (Greenwich, NY by Lydia) and Aurora made the transition from no place to her place seemless.

Perfect stay for my wife, myself, and our daughter. May have been the only place I’ve stayed where the house ended up being better than it looked in pictures. Will be staying again!

We loved our stay here. The cabin was beautiful, super clean and the bed was so comfortable. There were a ton of amenities and we especially loved sitting out on the deck grilling and having a bonfire at night. The lake views were amazing. We definitely want to come back next summer!

Exactly as advertised, and then better. Dave and Kathy are excellent at communication, hospitality, and going an extra mile with little touches.

Dave and Kathy were so accommodating! You had your own room (with a door that locks - you could bring your key with you if you left your things were secure), shared clean bathroom, a small common area that included a mini fridge, tv, a keurig, and candy. They leave snacks, fruit, and refreshments out at night and in the morning. Their back porch and yard is so cozy. They made sure we had everything we needed and more! The small touches made us feel right at home. Their dog Lucy is adorable, too!

AirBnB travelers... this home is the real deal. After a few days, I was ready to move in! Even though this is a private room within their home, the layout provides the right amount of space to make it quite comfortable. Kathy and Dave pay attention to every detail. For example, there is a binder with tons of useful information, nice Saratoga treats and sparkling water in the bedroom, disposable cups in the bathroom, a common room for guests - with a sofa, tv, fridge, Keurig, books and jelly beans. :-). If you enjoy interaction, you’ll get it here. We had a blast with Kathy and Dave. They are genuinely good people with huge hearts. Their stories were priceless and our laughs were endless. I’ve been to AirBnB homes. This was by far my favorite experience. Thanks for the memories.

As this was our first airbnb stay, we didn't know what to expect. But Dave and Kathy made it easy and fun. Close to so many attractions and a beautiful, clean home, it's the place to stay If you're going to be in the Ballston Spa/Saratoga area. I would highly recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend staying here if anyone is looking for a weekend out in Saratoga, very easy Uber ride to downtown or the track. Dave and Kathy also provided a breakfast and all the accommodations that a nice hotel would supply but at a better price. Highly recommended

We had an excellent time staying at Dave & Kathy‘s. The room was sparking clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative- all of which made for a relaxing atmosphere and stress-free stay! Thoughtful touches included: snacks, coffee station, extra toiletries, booklet of local info and recommendations, and mini muffins / fruit set out in the morning. We even had the pleasure of joining our hosts for a cup of coffee on their back porch before check out. Would happily visit again or encourage others to stay with Dave & Kathy.

Dave and Kathy have a beautiful home! They provided a super clean and cozy room/bathroom. They provided special touches showcasing the Saratoga area (Saratoga chips, Saratoga water, brochures of museums/stops) which assisted my partner and I in adding some additional stops to our weekend stay. They provided the perfect balance of privacy and friendly conversation. We can't wait to stay at their place next year.

Germaine has found and made a bit of heaven here. The house is designed to take advantage of its site. The screened in porch, dining area, and master bedroom all allow for beautiful views of the lake from morning til spectacular sunset; the photo does not do it justice. The house is perfectly laid out, the kitchen is great for cooking, and Germaine is uber helpful for anything you need or want. Come here to unplug and just be. (There are wi-fi and TV -we just didn't use them.) The lake is clean! Boats are right there. If you want to unplug and relax just be with friends and family, this is the place. Germaine has thought of everything;

Germaine’s place was great. The view of the lake is fantastic, the property is very private, and Germain was a very welcoming host. Very fast responses to communications, accommodating when we had to change our departure date at the last minute, and she made sure we had everything we needed.

The house and amenities are great it has everything one may think of for the lake house. Area and sunsets are beautiful. The deck is a perfect place to watch them. Everything in the house is very though out starting from the special cups to keep the beer cold to the many different types of boats Germaine is offering to use. She is a very sweet and intelligent person and a great host. She said "treat it like your favorite aunt's house, make use of all the amenities. And she means it! Thank you. We'd love to come back again.

Germaine's home is fantastic.  There were great views of the lake from most rooms inside and outside from the huge screened in porch which was my favorite spot.  A few steps down to her lakefront lot where there were kayaks, a paddleboat and even a rowing skull which was fun to try out. Germaine made sure we were settled in and was on site in case of any problems, which there were zero.  Great stay

Easy check-in process. There was a batch of homemade cookies when we arrived! This place was sparkling clean and organized. Great communication with Marylou. My girlfriend and I had a great time here. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend!

The carriage house is adorable and in a nice, quiet location. Marylou also included some nice touches, like fresh baked cookies, abundant K cups and teabags, bottled water, and some snacks. In addition, they have an adorable golden retriever named Bailey. Meeting her was really the highlight of the entire visit.

Everything was perfect! We appreciate the tips provided and the delicious fresh baked treats welcoming us! Overall a very relaxing experience. Thank you for being such a great host!

We loved our stay in the carriage house. Marylou is a fabulous host and provided us with great place to stay and attention to details. The place was spotless and had all the comforts of home. Even snacks,coffee, tea, soda and water including Saratoga Mineral water. There were even games and suggestions where to eat and pamphlets for local attractions. Marylou was very welcoming and considerate. We will definitely be back to stay,when in the area.

What an amazing and unique experience. This trip was booked as a surprise and it was nothing short of incredible. What you do is extraordinary and something everyone should experience at some point. Even in early December, 18” of snow it was no where near as cold as we expected. The treehouse was warm and cozy all weekend. We will definitely be back to see the treehouse in the summer and get good use of the beautiful outdoor space you have created. Beautiful place and perfect time. Thomas was an amazing host. The treehouse was a dream come true. I can’t recommend this experience enough. It was truly life changing.

It was obvious from the start that this treehouse & Thomas (super-host) was the real deal. The fun part was seeing it in person and witnessing the beauty of the surrounding area and the craftsmanship of detail up-close. I would easily recommend this experience to anyone remotely interested!

Tom made this whole experience so easy. He met us upon check in, gave us a tour and was super responsive through the whole process. Everything was super clean and fully stocked. He has something very special and I am glad I got to visit. We will definitely be back!

This treehouse adventure has been on my radar for a while, bad weather and an unexpected power outage foiled our actual stay. I will, however; rate this as a top experience because Thomas was super helpful keeping us informed of the situation and was instrumental in our speedy refund. We were able to seek proper accommodations in Saratoga, not far from the treehouse. We will hopefully return in the future to relive my childhood treehouse experiences with a lovely stay.

Great cabin to spend a relaxing weekend away. It is beautiful, clean, and has so many amenities. The tub in the master bathroom was amazing and the master bedroom is large. Great value for the amount of people the cabin can accommodate comfortably. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown Saratoga.

This beautiful home is not only picture perfect, but is also nestled right into a quiet and private location. A great place to unplug and unwind in front of the fire or out on the dock by the lake. We were also pleasantly surprised to find so many amenities that were available for us to enjoy (cooking supplies/coffee). A big thank you to our host, Cassandra! We would absolutely like to vacation here again, and next time add in a few more days!

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our group of friends looking to take a break from college stress. We loved the beautiful location and access to the lake, and the amenities within the cabin made it an incredibly relaxing and cozy space--comfortably for our group of seven! The fireplace, large windows, comfortable furniture, and number of rooms created an accommodating atmosphere that was suitable for a large group game or for everyone to chill out with a book. Though we did not use these too much, the inclusion of streaming services as well as surround-sound speakers were a welcome addition to an outdoorsy setting. Most of all, though, what we enjoyed was the peace and quiet(the silence was literally deafening when we stepped outside!). This cabin was the best compromise of price, comfort, and location we could have hoped for.

Great place nestled in the back of the lake loved the view down by the lake. Beautiful inside and out! Host are wonderful and great communication. Loved our stay very much!

Amazing cabin, and kids had a blast!

We had a lovely weekend and comfortably fit 6 adults with some extra room. The scenery was amazing and I was thrilled the house had some many items necessary for cooking.

This home is beautiful, with lovely touches and is very close to the lake. The location is so quite, peaceful, and picturesque. We had a delicious, casual dinner at Tinney’s and stayed in the next night to enjoy the fireplace and watch movies.

Karen’s home was perfect for our Christmas vacation. It was fully decked out with a Christmas tree and decorations for us. It had a fully stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs which was really helpful! There was also an awesome stock of toys for my 2 year old daughter so we had a lot of fun playing all week. Lastly, the views of the sunrise over the lake every morning we’re a great way to start the day! Thank you!

Karen’s place was amazing it was clean and she was there to show us what to do and how to work all of the amenities including the fireplace the beds were so comfortable and well decorated I would definitely come back. The scenery in the backyard is beautiful the house is right on the lake, you won’t be disappointed

Karen was such a wonderful host. Her home was just lovely and decorated so cute! We appreciated all the special little touches like all the cozy crocheted blankets to use (loved the tea room outside!) And the view of Galway Lake was incredible! Can't say enough about this home other than I wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to returning to Karen's home someday soon!

The place is beautiful and has direct access to the lake. Karen was at the checkin and the process was great and quick. The place is very clean. The bathrooms were super clean and there were extra towels. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The house has a closet under the stairs full of toys. Our 3 years old boy was in heaven in the toy closet. We had a perfect stay. We definitely felt at home . Great choice.

I can’t say enough nice things about Karen as a host and this location. The beds are super comfortable, and the views are gorgeous. The kitchen is outfitted so you can cook if you’d like. Karen was super responsive in her communications and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for my 5 month old baby. This is a great place for children too!

Staying at Karen's place was wonderful! I traveled with my husband, my parents, and my kids. Everyone loved the beautiful lake house. We enjoyed the magical views, the coziness of the house, the smores on the firepit, the rowing boats, the tea house, and the garden. My kids also loved the toys and books un the cutest children's nook. Karen and Terry were a pleasure to interact with. They got out of their way to make our visit perfect! The cabin was beautifully decorated & immaculately clean. We absolutely loved our stay at Glenn’s cabin! Glenn was an amazing host who stopped by our first night to show us the woodstove. He answered all of our questions & was very responsive via text or phone. The woodstove is the only heating source for the cabin, therefore in the colder months, wood/kindling can be purchased in bundles at the local store at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped & allowed us to cook our own dinners at the cabin. We were able to utilize the kayaks provided by Glenn on Lake Desolation which is viewable from the cabin’s back window. The lake is just a short walk down the dirt road at the side of the cabin. We also spent time hiking at Saratoga Spa State Park & made a day trip to Lake George. For dinner one night, we visited the local winery for wine & wood fired pizza. We definitely would recommend this cabin to future guests!

Glenn's cabin in the woods was just the autumn vacation we expected and much more. Secluded, but easy to experience the woods and water from Lake George, Great Sacandaga Lake to downtown shops and restaurants of Saratoga Springs. Glenn was an attentive and positive host. Very quiet and place was clean. Not as close to water expected, narrow view of lake. Yet was assessible to water and kayak use was a plus!

This Lake Desolation cottage is the perfect place to explore the local area or just relax. Saratoga Springs is only 15 minutes away and the taking in the Horse Racing is a must. You can easily make day trips to Lake George of even down to Howe Caverns. Being a Canadian it was very interesting to take in the history of the area especially concerning the war of independence and the far-reaching consequences the battles in this area had on not only on the forming of USA but Canada and the world. The drive up to the lake takes a little getting used to as you will be 1500 ft above sea level and most of that happens in the last couple miles. The directions that Glenn provides to get to the cottage are spot on and should be followed closely as other devices will have you going by a different route that is also much more difficult. It is mentioned in some places that a 4 wheel drive is useful, but if you follow Glenns directions a car will have no problem getting into the cottage, the road is almost steeper getting to Lake Desolation than the road into the cottage. Arriving in the evening it is nice to have the lights on the cottage porch to light the way. Once inside you will find a well appointed clean and bright cottage. The cottage has very welcoming feeling and Glenn has really given it a great touch with the appropriate decorations and assorted accent lighting. You will see when you get there, just look for the fish night lights. Glenn has painted the inside of the cottage white and it really adds to the clean feeling and livens the space up, it is a real great addition that many other cottages could take note from as when a cottage is left to untreated wooden walls it can become very dark. There is no musty smell and not because of sprayed scents or incense. As mentioned in other reviews the walls do not go all the way up in all the rooms and so your privacy is limited, but then again this is supposed to be cottage vacation time and one shouldn't get to hung up on this as it is all part of the experience. The cottage has everything you need to make for an enjoyable stay, things that we have missed in previous holiday rentals were all available; corkscrew (very important), a source of fire for candles, BBQ and wood stove, all kitchen utinsels, towels, toilet paper. You will lack for nothing once you have arrived. While you are here you will definitely check out Tinney's for a bite to eat. It is only a short walk away from the cottage. Most of the food is standard pub fare, but we can definitely endorse the pulled pork tacos and the wood fired pizza is awesome. If I stayed in Saratoga Springs I would even make the drive up here just for the pizza. The cottage has 2 window air conditioners that were very welcome as with an open ceiling the cottage would get warm in the afternoon sun. Each room has a ceiling fan and provides a welcome breeze. The cottage makes for beautiful nights sleep as it would get quite cool because of the altitude and you can turn off the air conditioning for a peaceful sleep. The available kayaks are a great addition for your stay. Lake Desolation has a no motorized policy so it makes for a very enjoyable paddle. I hadn't paddled in years but found the kayaks very stable and easy to use. You can see the whole lake in a leisurely 1.5 hour paddle. I highly recommend Glenns cottage and if it wasn't for our Canadian exchange rate for currency I would make this a yearly escape.

Just what I needed! I booked this place for a quiet 48-hour retreat, and it suited me perfectly. This upstairs apartment was compact and very quiet. On Julie's advice, I walked into Ballston Spa on a wooded trail and walked back on the main street. Ballston Spa has some great shops! Julie was very responsive, helpful, and flexible. She's a terrific host. Only one thing I'd note for prospective guests: yes, that's a beautiful claw-footed tub, but no, you probably shouldn't plan for a long soak. The plumbing is serviceable but old, and the tap is connected directly to the shower (so running a tub isn't feasible). But don't let that keep you away. . .

Juliann was an amazing host and this property was very nice, clean and homey. They had k cups for the Keurig there which was really nice and Juliann even took out the pack n' play and set it up with sheets and a blanket for our daughter which was so sweet. They left a little packet with lots of information about the near by places to visit and restaurants, they even put a little section for restaurants with vegetarian and vegan options that I thought was really thoughtful for the guests that are vegetarian/vegan. Overall it was a very nice experience and we will definitely be scheduling another stay within the year:)

Juliann's place was clean and conveniently located. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed coming back after a day with family and relaxing on the super comfy couches. I grew up in Ballston Spa, so it was good to be back, staying in an old Victorian home on the banks of the Kayaderosseras creek.

Great sunny space and at a great price! It’s an older home and has its quirks but that’s what we like about old spaces and places! The fire pit was nice to hang out by at night!

Juliann’s place had everything I needed. I was only in the area for 1 night but it was cozy and nearby to some really cool places!

Susannah provides a wonderful space near the trendiest spot in town. Everything you need is there and the layout is very well thought out. The king bed is extremely comfortable and the couch is like another bed! We also appreciated all the sunlight. You won’t be disappointed!

This location has the best of everything including great hospitality from Susannah and William. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants and antique stores in Ballston Spa, a short drive (10-15 minutes) to Saratoga State Park and downtown Saratoga, and the same distance to Malta where there are even more restaurants to enjoy! The bed AND the sofa are probably the most comfortable I've ever found at an AirBnB. (The one sofa is long enough and wide enough to sleep on). As promised, the space has wonderful natural light and is open and quiet. The bathroom is on the smaller size. As for the kitchen, I am used to a smaller sink, and I appreciate having a coffeemaker and separate electric kettle for hot water (as opposed to a Keurig). How nice, too, to be treated to a bottle of Saratoga Water and Saratoga potato chips! Thanks for a wonderful and restful weekned!

Perfect space for a weekend getaway! Great attention to detail for all guest needs. Clean, warm and inviting style, close enough to Saratoga to make a day of it, but far enough to be an perfect relaxing oasis from busy city life. Would highly recommend!

There were wonderful lakefront amenities provided at this location but we were unable to take advantage of them due to poor weather.

Kathy and Dave are great hosts. They are friendly , helpful and well acquainted with local attractions. The bed is very comfortable and comes with options for extra pillows and blankets. They have a lot of special touches and it is obvious that they care about their guests. We were fortunate to find such a lovely place to stay so close to our event at SPAC! We can't wait to book another stay!

This is our second time at Dave and Kathy’s. We enjoyed the second time as much as we enjoyed the first. They are just amazing people and go out of their way to make sure we feel at home. The location is very convenient- a short drive to many of the attractions in the area. We hope to be back in the near future.

We had a brief stay. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. Dave and Kathy were pleasant and easy to interact with.

Kathy and Dave’s place was a great find if you’re looking to stay in Saratoga springs area. Easy to get to and a short drive to everything. Kathy and Dave took the time to explain what was around and the easiest way to get there. The room was very comfortable, clean and the bed was a delight to sleep on. They also provided some extra goodies such as Saratoga spring water in the room along with Saratoga chips and muffins and fresh fruit with coffee for breakfast.

Dave and Kathy are amazing. The room is great. The bathroom is shared with another room. I was a little worried about that but we didn’t even see the people in the other room. Everyone was being tight and respectful. The house is very well kept. The pool is a great asset on hot days. We already booked our next stay at Dave and Kathy’s. That’s how much we like it!

My kids and I really enjoyed staying here. Easy walk downtown, super clean and neat inside. My youngest appreciated the board games! Thank you so much!!

This place is adorable! So homey and the cutest touches, like the easel with the sketch pad and colored pencils, and the board games/kids toys. The space was as described and super clean! It worked great for our little family of four! We would definitely return!

Great place, close to town great value, very clean and quiet.

The apartment was adorable and clean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. With use of the back yard and deck we were able to enjoy our evenings outside. Marcia and Jay are wonderful hosts who definitely go the extra mile! They were quick to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We are already talking about returning next year ! The bath towels were so nice - it's the little things :) I have never seen a kitchen better stocked with tools, etc. Felt like home....but cleaner - his place is spotless - you can tell he takes great pride in the house. The area had a lot to offer and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. William was a great host and I feel lucky to have stayed in his amazing house.

Big, beautiful house. Views of Mohawk valley. Historical neighborhood, great architectural elements, quick access to major roadways & canal bike trailways. Separate kitchen, multiple bedroom/bathrooms, big living room/dining area, lots of bedrooms and storage space. Plenty to see out of the windows.

Unique space in a neat town! Relatively close to Fonda Fairgrounds, which was our primary reason for booking. Wish we had more time to explore!

Great room. Leida provides water, extra blankets and the bathroom was just across the hall. We had an early start, but wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy and appreciate the space fully. Would recommend to others if you need a quick spot to stay with a friendly host!

Needed a place to stay in my home town while visiting and Brian's place could not have been more perfect. It was spacious, cleaner than a whistle, and located just outside of town in a very quiet neck of the woods. I'll look to stay here every time I'm in town from now on.

It was such a pleasure staying in Tammy's place! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. High-end appliances and special touches. Tammy is also great to work with. Very highly recommend!

Tammy keeps her place very well maintained and she is super helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in the future. If you need a place for 1-2 people in the greater Albany area, you can't beat this unit!

Sandra’s home is a great place to stay and her pizzeria that she owns across the street taste great!
