A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse and has its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at university and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Please note there's no breakfast, only tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Seafront & local beach 5 mins walk, woods & coast path 5 mins. 15 mins walk to shops & restaurants. Seafront promenade goes to Gyllngvase beach, good for year round swimming & SUP. Train station connecting to London 5 mins walk. Fab for walking & water sports. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Bream Barn is a spacious dog friendly little house set within a pretty two acre garden, with open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining/lounge, woodburner, bedroom, huge shower, BBQ. Located between sandy Maenporth beach (10-15mins walk) & the pretty village of Mawnan Smith (also 10-15 mins walk) with cafes and restaurants within walking distance & a good pub. Short walk to Bream Cove, great for swimming. 10 mins drive to vibrant Falmouth. It is secluded, private & in a beautiful coastal setting

Marlbro is a super 1 bedroom mezzanine apartment with stunning sea views. Situated harbour side at the top of the Old High Street in Packet Quays it’s a great base to explore or simply unwind and enjoy the view! Marlbro is a short stroll into town and around 20 minute’s walk to Gyllangvase beach. The High Street’s new and old offer amazing restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, plus the best bakery in town right on your doorstep. Marlbro has the added benefit of a secure parking space.

Close to Falmouth and Penryn but offering a quiet village creekside location. Walkable to two nearby pubs. Book our self-contained accommodation and you can come and go with a key to your own front door, a large comfortable double en-suite bedroom to rest up in and in summer enjoy a small seated area outside. We've been superhosts for over 6 years. NB we can't offer kitchen facilities but there will be a small quiet fridge and a tea/coffee making tray within your accommodation.

Secure parking is 150m away (vehicle height restriction of 1.9m for secure parking) and there is free wifi. No extra costs.
