Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Haute-Marne countryside in the village of Cour l'Evêque in the heart of the National Forest Park. Located 15 minutes from the A5 highway, you will discover a typical house of 90 m2 completely renovated in 2024. On the ground floor, a large friendly room with a fully equipped kitchen and a seating area. Upstairs, a separate toilet and 2 master suites: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed. Or 6 beds with the sofa bed on the ground floor.

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Monique and Gérard, retired peasant winegrowers, offer you a stay of rest and discovery in two log houses. Farm animals for children: horses, chickens, rabbits, cats... in summer. Cows, sheep in winters large wooded park overlooking the vineyards and forest. SWIMMING POOL (in summer) and wood-fired SAUNA (in winter) free pillows and blankets provided possibility to rent linens and towels: €10 per person (optional)
