This comfy boho-chic style stay features a king size bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Entire space just for you! The coffee and tea bar next to the window set the mood. The study with comfortable chair helps you get focused while feeling cozy. Study also features a yoga mat, weights, a dartboard and a record player with Bluetooth so you can hit a 15 minute workout or break from study/work. Unwinding by the fireplace is so relaxing and sets the tone for a restful night.

Cozy Studio Apartment

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in a lovely, safe suburban neighborhood. Guest will enjoy the lovely garden setting and patio. Only a short drive to The Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium,Johns Hopkins, just to name a few. Guests will definitely feel right at home with free wi fi ,HBO and Showtime. We are a retired couple who reside in the upper level of this house. The apartment is spacious and completely private with a well appointed full kitchen
