This walk is designed for people with no or little experience on horses. I take you along some of Essaouira's oldest foundations. We pass by the old Portuguese fortifications and have a splendid view on the island of Mogador. We ride through the sand dunes and the remains of the Palace of Sultan Mohamed Ben Abdullah, founder of Essaouira in the 18th century. From there we have a great view on the village of Diabat as well as the bay of Essaouira. Diabat is my natal village and in 1969 it was visited by Jimi Hendrix. His song "Castle in the Sand" was supposedly inspired by the remains of the Sultan's Palace. Then we pass by the banks of the river Ksab back towards the beach. There are always an interesting collection of birds along the river and we might also run into some goats, donkeys or camels on our way. For this tour I can pick you up at the medina and bring you to my ranch in Diabat. Other things to note This walk is specially designed for people who never rode before. My horses are suited and equipped to welcome novices. For those who are more experiences I cater different experiences. I like to take my guests to my ranch (Aftass), but am also happy to pick you up from a location in the medina.

I join my clients at the meeting point of their choice, to drop them near hiking trails, A briefing is organized before each ride to prepare them better. A chiche and a djellaba will be provided to protect them from the wind or the sand stirred by the legs of the dromedaries, several information concerning this faithful companion of the Man since the night of the times, will be revealed to them throughout the course which will last three hours. A picnic break is planned after 1 hour to refuel, and savor this beautiful moment, on the menu: (a Royal Tea + homemade bread + argan oil + homemade cakes). Resumption of the walk between wild beaches, forests, dunes and historical ruins. Back to attend a most wonderful show: a sun suspended at the doors of the sunset between sky and sea. I will pick you up at your hotel and take you to a beach, there we will find a horse to match your level. Then we start to stroll along the huge wild beach and across the sand dunes. You will discover stunning landscapes at your own pace; Peaceful for beginners, free walks for experienced riders. We will have a break located on top of the dunes with a great view of the ocean. Then we will go back where we started to cross the eucalyptus forests. This walk is open to both beginners and experienced riders, individually or in groups. Our Barbary/Arabian horses are suitable for all levels. All necessary equipment for a comfortable and safe riding practice is provided

Have you always dreamed of going on a horseback ride between beach, sand dunes and forest? I welcome you to Diabat, a small village 5 minutes south of Essaouira, in my own stable. We select your horse according to your level, we equip ourselves and we start the ride. You discover wild landscapes and climb the dunes before reaching Essaouira beach. From there we can trot and canter freely on the sand or just enjoy a relaxing ride if you are a beginner. Along the way, it is possible to come across birds, goats, donkeys or even camels. The horses are completely used to it. My dogs Lula and Zwina also used to accompany us. During the ride, I can take photos and videos with your phone if you want. All equipment are available for your safety and comfort. My horses are Barb/Arabian and are trained for all levels. Sidi Kaouki is a small village located 25 km south of Essaouira( I can arrange the taxi ride at your request). The workshop is an 8-minute walk from the large northern car park in Sidi Kaouki where buses and taxis stop (I will send the indication by message after you book). PROGRAM: -We will enter our workshop I will offer you to wear the traditional Berber outfit to completely enter our world. - Discuss the history of the argan in Morocco. - Discover the stages of making food and cosmetic argan oil, participation in the workshop yourself - Tasting in the form of a small snack (tea, bread, argan oil, honey, amlou, organic eggs) By booking this experience, your children will be able to discover the argan and our farm in its entirety which is attached to the workshop. No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer, we will always find the best spot to do your surf lesson/training along the coast of Essaouira to Agadir. I am an experienced surfer and I have been teaching surf for over 10 years , so I will tailor the lesson to your skill level and goals and we will have so much fun for sure! You can choose to do either one surf lesson or a surf trip for a whole day. The day before the class, I will let you know where we will meet. Once we are at the beach, I will provide you with a surfboard and a wetsuit (you can also bring your own material if you have it). If you do not have your own transportation, let me know so I can arrange a private transport for you. Each lesson will take around 2 hours. If the conditions are good enough and if we have energy left, we may be able to do 2 sessions in one day. If you are a beginner, I will teach you the basics of standing on the surfboard and understanding the waves. For intermediate/advanced surfers, we’ll work on improving your style and perhaps introduce new maneuvers to take your surfing to the next level. The meeting point is in the stables in Diabate, a village 5 minutes away from Essaouira. I will greet customers at the entrance of the village and take them to the stables, where each customer has the opportunity to meet and greet their horse and get ready. We will leave and start by following the river in direction of the sea. We will ride through 18th century ruins and stop there for a panoramic view of Essaouira, and a photo session. We will then reach the beach and ride by the sea, with opportunity to trot and gallop for advanced riders. The best unforgettable experience is to ride with the sunset. We will do an additional photo and video session before heading back to the stables.

We will start by shopping in the market where the locals buy the freshest ingredients. We will purchase meat, pastries, vegetables, and spices from my friends at the shops. You can choose your ingredients for the tajine – either beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. *If you would like fish , please let me know beforehand, so I can prepare it. Then we will head to my home, where I will make the traditional Moroccan mint tea and we will prepare the food and cook together. Upon your arrival we will start with a quick introduction to Berber tattoos, history, alphabets, symbols, as well as the technique used .... You will then have the opportunity to choose your pattern, if you wish, of course, I will be there to possibly orient your choice. Then we will pass, to the realization of tattoos with the explanation of the different techniques. For those who would like a tattoo larger than that proposed in the experience, discussions will be done directly on site depending on the choice.  In a way, a tattoo session with explanations between cool people in a warm place in the countryside of Essaouira. Other things to note access to the white kasbah is super easy, taxi, or car, .... way to park inside the garden.

In this experience we will teach you all the steps to succeed an authentic Moroccan meal with all the details and tips, you are going to be the major part of preparation, as we will give each one of our guests a job to do, and of course bring everyone together around the dinning table in a familiar outdoor atmosphere. first of all we will host you in the enchanting setting of our terrace, located in the heart of the old medina, at the outdoor kitchen overlooking the beach and the atlas mountains of morocco. We can also meet you somewhere, so you don't have to navigate on your own. We will start with showing you all the fresh ingredients and explain our different tips and family recipes, we will be accompanied by one of the best cook, my mom who is passionate about food and been cooking since she was a kid. We eat seasonal food, so the menu can change as the year goes along.
