In unmittelbarer Entfernung zur Krämerbrücke befindet sich das AltstadtQuartier Erfurt im "Haus zum Großen Hasengeier". Zum AltstadtQuartier Erfurt gehören die beiden Ferienwohnungen "Hase" (ca. 30 qm) und "Geier" (ca. 40 qm). Die Wohnungen wurden 2013 komplett saniert. Beide Nichtraucher-Wohnungen sind in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich gegliedert. Die dazugehörige Küchenzeile ist mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine etc. ausgestattet. Centrally located apartment overlooking the countryside

The apartment is located only 5 minutes walk from Central Station. All central squares and the old town are within walking distance or accessible by public transport, stop directly in front of the door. After a busy day, the view of the countryside and a break on the small balcony compensates for all the strains. The fitted kitchen, the bathroom with tub and the large living area leave nothing to be desired. The apartment of 65 sqm is ideal for 2 persons but it will find a place to sleep for up to 4 people.

The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in an old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the reason of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years. All the interior walls of the exterior sheath of the house are made with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant room climate.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located right behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central , high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. To the tram at the fish market is only 200 m. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. A beautiful terrace completes the whole. The listed and traffic-calmed downtown offers no or payed parking.
