Gran’s Guesthouse - Tranquil Studio with 12m Pool

Stay with us for a peaceful break on an acreage property, away from the hustle and bustle, with abundant native birds and animals including our elusive koalas, often heard and occasionally spotted. Gran’s guest house is close to the main house with it’s own access and kitchenette, ensuite, two queen size beds (very close together) in a studio space. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.

Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Treeview cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds and the kangaroos visiting. You have the luxury of being nestled in amongst the trees, and can forget all about the fast pace of city life. If you feel like entertainment the Eatons Hill Hotel, Samford Hotel and Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge are only are short 12 minute drive from the cottage. There are lots of walks within the area and restaurants.
