Poppy and Tori’s place was beautifully decorated, welcoming, in a great location close to the city and included everything you need when on a holiday. They were friendly particularly in the check in process. It was so good to have the garage for the car too. I would definitely recommend staying there and I hope to stay again one day. Felt like a home away from home. We loved the generous sized kitchen and access to a washing machine. Doesn't hurt that it's only a few minute drive to the city either! Only critique is lack of prompt responses to messages but we found our way around just fine.

Apartment was quiet, clean and functional. Everything was as described. There is an extremely good supermarket just around the corner (foodland) and quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get to the city as there is few busses, which pass by. Good value for the money

Beautiful, bright and clean space that’s in a fantastic location. Easy access to shops and a range of restaurants/cafes. And if you don’t mind a bike or scooter ride great access to the paths around the parklands. The building has no lift access though so there is a decent stair climb to access the apartment

Such a stylish space, sparkling clean and since there were only two of us it felt really spacious. Martin was a great host and it was the perfect spot to explore the city. I’d also really recommend Jenny’s bakery down the road! Hopefully we’ll be back!

An exceptional place to stay. Lovely clean accommodation. Comfy beds. Parking right out front because we had a car. Quiet. We came for a short visit to see friends and family and the location was central for us . We will make this our Adelaide ‘home’ for future trips.

This was the perfect accommodation for us for a work trip to Adelaide. The house was spotless and Martin made us feel very welcome and checked up on us to make sure we were all settled in and had whatever we needed. Great value, and will definitely be back if it's not fully booked!

An amazing place,you feel at home.

It is close to the southern ring park, and you can play tree climbing and cycling nearby. The host is hospitable and the room is a bungalow, clean and tidy. The traffic is also quite convenient. Will come again next time.

The room is great and enough for two persons with enough room to stow your luggage. The house is located in a very leafy area of East Adelaide and is a quick ride into the city. Perfect to enjoy the festival season. Rosalie and David are a great company and extremely kind souls. We're glad we chose this place as our first port of entry into Adelaide.

Very enjoyable stay 🙂 David and Rose are very generous and caring hosts. Well presented family home with spacious room, basic amenities (bar fridge, kettle tea/coffee, snacks etc.), Wifi and comfortable queen sized bed. Convenient inner city location with offstreet parking available. Both very approachable and helpful. Tasty home baked bread and continental breakfast each morning with good company. Much appreciated and well recommended.

Very good location. It is very convenient to go to the city center. The rooms are clean and full of life. The layout of the home is not modern and simple, but the whole wood is full of historical charm. It is a house worth living! The host David & Roselie is a loving couple who are very hospitable and willing to offer help and travel advice. It was really refreshing to provide us with a cold drink in the hot summer. highly recommended!

Very nice Italian hosts in a very convenient location. Short walk to the city centre and also you can find street parking most of the time. The apartment is pretty clean and you don’t need to bring anything as you have all what you need for your stay.

Dee and Ben provided the best hospitality, which made me feel like home. Stylish and clean house and you'll definitely enjoy spending your time at their house. The house itself is not far away for the city, just a few min drive. Street parking available but is a narrow street so you might struggle a bit if you're driving a bigger car (SUV etc). The dog is super cute and friendly. Highly recommended.

Awesome apparently on 22nd floor!! Nice view onto the city and large windows wich provide nice natural light :) Also very happy that there already was washing powder and 2 sets of towels.

Nice appartment with a stunning view. The keybox for checking-in is at another place (about 10 min. drive from the appartment) - this might confuse, but the instructions was very clear, so we found it easily.

This was a really beautiful place. The views from the apartment were amazing, and the location was really convenient. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It would have been great to also get the instructions link perhaps texted to me, because it was a bit hard to find them on the day. However, overall I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing, nice place to stay near Adelaide central.

Loved my stay at Caroline's! The location is quiet but in perfect placing - easy, quick walk to the tram where you can go directly into the city and to Glenelg. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing night's sleep

The unit is well locacated for public transport,has a roomy backyard while inside is spotlessly clean and will cater for all comers.Can thoroughly recommend Udo S place and a very attractive price as well.

Udo’s place was stunning. We loved the bungalow and all it’s amenities, air con included! The bed is super comfy, bathroom immaculate and clean, the room couldn’t be better. Theres even two friendly cats to pat! The room is also a lot more spacious than pictures let on, I highly recommend it.

A delightful and very affordable apartment perfect for two people. We had medical appointments at the nearby Vista day surgery and it was a 3 minute walk to home. Bed, although firm is very comfortable and sheets are lovely. Bath towels hand towels etc are also excellent. The host has provided copious amounts of small extras including toiletries, cleaning appliances, bottled water, food wraps and pantry items. This is very rarely ever provided by other Airbnb hosts. The location is delightfully quiet and has a pretty outlook. Television with provided Fox is excellent, the ensuite bathroom has had a simple but cute renovation and all fans, air conditioning, kitchen appliances etc are in good working order. It's a very short walk to the east to the nearby OTR service station to provide convenience food, newspapers etc. Very good value for money, if you are looking, as we were, for a homey, self catering environment for a few days to rest and recover.

We enjoyed our stay at the nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Ippei is a very helpful host. We appreciated the local tips and ability to use the bikes to explore the city area. Definitely recommend this place to enjoy Adelaide for a few days.

Leanne's place is located about 7/8km from the city which keeps you out of the hustle and bustle. Public transport, taxi or ride sharing is easily available. Cosy and comfortable room at a very good value.

Alessandra hosted my daughter, Marissa, in her beautiful condo for four nights. She greeted my daughter upon arrival and showed her around the apartment. She gave Marissa lots of excellent travel advice for her stay in Adelaide. Marissa said her private room and the shared spaces in the apartment were beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The other guests staying in the apartment were quiet, friendly, and courteous. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to shopping and free city busses. Alessandra is a wonderful host! Thanks to Steve for his welcome. Jen's house is perfectly located. It is close to transport, Hutt street (which offers many cafes and restaurants) and especially its location allows walking throughout the city, the distances are never very large (30 minutes from Rundle Street and Botanic Gardens). In short, I highly recommend this address.

Great plc worth the visit 5 star well done to the host !

Great place - 5 or so minute walk to the free tram which takes less than 10 minutes into the city. Dry clean and stylish! Quiet neighbourhood close to a good cafe. There’s a small dog that barks downstairs when you enter and leave but it quietens down after 5 mins so it’s not a big stress.

Had a fantastic stay, really nice place and great location - excellent coffee just down the road too! Check in is simple and the house has plenty of information to help you figure out your stay. Highly recommend!

A very nice place to stay, where you can feel comfortable. Small disadvantage is that there is no WiFi.

Lynn's place is conveniently located close to the city. It spacious for two people with clean amenities. No stove but there is a microwave for heating food. Seamless check-in and check-out experience. The place is located on the 1st floor so is accessible via stairs only. Overall, it is an awesome for great value.

Good location for exploring Adelaide city and catching local transport / wine tours. No complaints at all!

Hosts are very friendly. although there is no whole day off street parking outside the house, there are plenty 2P 8am -6pm parking spots out there nearby. I don't find any trouble to find parking at all.

If you are looking for a simple, inexpensive room with a few amenities but very close to the tramline and Victoria Square, this is a great place! Given that Peter and Melinda are morning people and have strict check-in instructions, I’m so happy they were patient with me as my flight wasn’t getting in until after the latest check-in time listed. (I made it as easy as possible but Peter still had to let me in.) Bring your own toiletries but, for about $42 AUD/night, the value was very good!

Excellent value and location, if you are noise sensitive you probably won’t like it as right on street level (so book elsewhere rather than complain!) Everywhere is walkable or free tram into city 2mins away. Would stay again next time I’m in Adelaide! Thanks again guys you are great hosts!

Great location! EASY access to the city and Norwood. I enjoyed Norwood a lot- it was only a 10-minute walk away. Adelaide is a great city and this unit is in an excellent location in Adelaide. The unit is clean and well-maintained. I felt very comfortable around Hooman and his Mum and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a nice stay! :+)

This is a nice place to stay, walking distance to central Adelaide. Hooman and his mum are great hosts.

Great central location with the Adelaide Central Markets, Rundle Mall, the Himeji Japanese Gardens and the Haigh's factory (yum!) only a short walk away. The private entrance means that you can come and go without any worries, and it's a safe street to walk down even late at night, with restaurants and offices scattered along the road. There's a handy bar fridge with a bottle of chilled water, and the sheets and pillow were textured and very comfortable. The only thing to note is that because the room opens up onto the street and is connected to the garage, light sleepers may be easily woken. This wasn't an issue for me though. I didn't meet Sebastian but his partner, Saki, was lovely. It was an easy check-in/out process with clear instructions and quick responses from Sebastian. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely room just on the outskirts of the CBD. It has it's own entrance which is great. Sebastian was easy to get in contact with and the room was bigger than expected

The house is tidy, pragmatic, price is very favorable in city. Sebastian willing to meet my expections, and traffic is convenient. I am high recommrnd you stay here, unless you are looking for personality, style, or noble equipment.

I had a great stay at Jackson's place. The room is lovely and quiet, nice linen, and lots of local tips are provided, he is a superb host. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Adelaide. Handy with the bus stop outside that takes you to and from the city easily if you dont have a vehicle, just buy a metro pass. 10/10!

Jackson's place is only a small bus ride into the city and has a super comfortable bed.

This was our first time using Airbnb and if this is what it's like we will definitely use it again. Couldn't fault Jackson he was welcoming and very helpful with local info. Very easy going, his home is spotless but homely. Spends time chatting and getting to know you excellent sense of humour. It really is a good place to stay easy access to buses if you don't have a car everything within a short distance.

Great host, home, location

Martins lovely house is amazing . It’s really stylish and you feel at home as soon as you step through the front door. It’s close enough to the City and the Beaches and a particularly fabulous Italian restaurant called FUMO

Martins house is a great example of Australian victoriana. Beautifully put together. It’s a good half hour to the Centre of Adelaide, walking, So would suit someone with a car or Ubering. Really enjoyed our stay.

The pet chicken was no trouble .

Perfect private hideaway in de hills. Next to a NP where we spotted koalas. You have everything for yourself but when you need something they respond quickly. We had some issues with the car and they even helped looking at it. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is a very nice space. Everything a person could want for either a short stay such as mine or a very extended stay. The surrounding countryside is very relaxing and picturesque.

This is what airbnb was all about. Getting reasonably priced accommodation near great parts of the world that don’t have any other way of letting you stay there. Pam was a super host. She bent over backwards to make things work for us.

Some really nice touches like a good quality coffee machine, fancy tea and a range of cooking appliances. It was very peaceful in the evenings and I was made to feel welcome. Pam is a very quick communicator and will aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sam’s place was lovely! She’s a warm, kind, terrific host. Loved the personal touches - bottle of wine, fresh flowers and a box of Roses chocolates. The bed was comfy and warm, and the unit was stocked with everything You might need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing quiet tranquil spot, very well set up and so handy to town etc. Got a uber to norwood irish pub no worries and also got taxi to the duck inn for valentines. Was seriously one of the best places we have had for sleeping well and just nice relaxing setting.

We stayed extra so get 2 reviews haha. Sams place is amazing and tge best sleep and most peaceful you can find in Adelaide.. love it.

The peaceful setting amidst the gum trees, bird life and koalas make this one of my favourite places to retreat. Sam's family are close by which is comforting yet also completely private. I love staying at Sam's!

When we first arrived at Samantha’s place we was taken back by the beauty , serenity and tranquility of the surroundings. The apartment was as described, a self-contained granny flat with ample privacy. The bedroom was stylish in its simplicity, with a very comfortable bed, armchairs and a television. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well equipped with toiletries and appliances. When we arrived, Samantha was an exceptional hostess, who was conversational and knowledgeable about the local amenities in Blackwood and the Adelaide Hills (eg: pubs, wineries). She could not have been any more accomodating and made us feel right at home. There was also some personal touches like some chocolate and bubbly that really made us feel welcome and relaxed. Each morning we would awake to birds, a vibrant, colourful garden, Stella (a very bouncy and friendly puppy) and a yet to be named sleepy and adorable koala in one of the nearby trees. We would highly recommend Samantha’s place (except in circumstance when we are coming back down to Adelaide, because we want this place for ourselves!) Rob and Nadia

Jen’s home is a terrific place for a convenient central base in Adelaide. Simple and everything that you need for a comfy stay. Jen is lovely and her home is located close to good cafes and an easy stroll into the city. There are three available rooms over two storeys, and a lock on the bedroom door, and it felt very safe for a solo female traveler.

Super lovely and respectful. I was able to work crazy hours and Jen checked in when necessary. Otherwise it was like having a quiet oasis in the perfect location for enjoying Adelaide.
