Very large 1 bedroom, stylish unit in the Portside precinct of Hamilton. 4 metre ceilings, huge balcony - spacious, suitable for corporates + pet. 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the cbd, 5 minutes to the Gateway Motorway. Designated carpark with security gates, elevator and lap pool on the same floor as the apartment. Walk out the complex door to supermarket, restaurants, bars and the Brisbane River. 400m to bus and ferry stops. (No car needed)

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
