Beautiful apartment with sea views in one of the best touristic spots. Located 3 mins walking from Playa Bastian and its promenade, in a quiet and lovely apartment complex with swimming pool. The place is distributed on two floors plus rooftop, and has two south oriented terraces (sun all the day). There are several restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Finding a parking spot is not a problem in the area. Unfortunately, there is no elevator nor easy access for reduced-mobility people.

Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential since there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you with Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
