Perfect Stop Traveling Hwy 1/Tesla charger

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink. Well behaved pets considered with permission & $30 pet fee.

Unique Apartment with private entrance.

This quirky room is attached to my home but is very private with it's own entrance. It's complete with full bathroom, kitchen, WiFi, cable and Netflix. It's a really cute place in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the beach. Dogs are always welcome... Woof Woof! . Dogs may be happier in my Cabana room upstairs. While most people love this place some elderly folks do not feel comfortable here. Thank you & have a great trip!
