Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden, Tempur mattress and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets. Outdoor Spa with water views Aircon/Heating Filtered water out of all taps and shower PLEASE NOTE you must climb uneven rocky stairs and property is not child friendly, if bringing your child please message first. Also we are very busy all year round and usually book out 2 months in advance especially on weekends

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is quiet. It's on the ground floor of our home and is well equipped with a queen size, comfortable bed and a couch. You can cook small meals in the Kitchenette. It's the main area you get when booking for 2 people. The Bluebird Suite is available for extra guests. Double bed and a couch. The shower and toilet are between the two aforementioned rooms. There is a washing machine and dryer. Park your car and explore Sydney by bus and train or drive 10 mins to Cronulla Beach.

Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
