Cherry Tree House-private quiet apartment

Cherry Tree House is a private apartment within our house with own entrance. We live in the other half of the house. King size Hypnos bed, fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Own bathroom with a huge walk in shower. A 40" TV with Now TV and Netflix, so you can relax and catch up with a box set. Tea/coffee facilities are provided but breakfast is not included. You also have shared access to our peaceful garden. No children or pets.

Seafront holiday flat with balcony and sea views

This holiday home is in a spectacular location, set back from the clifftops of the Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs. There is a wonderful sea-view from the balcony where you can relax. Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

Once a hidden gem, Botany Bay is a short walk away

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Close to the beach. Located in a quiet, historic street in the heart of Broadstairs, moments from the beaches of both the quieter Stone Bay and lively Viking Bay and the town’s shops and restaurants. Bleak House Lodge, and garden is the perfect location for a seaside getaway. The property was sympathetically renovated, maintaining an authentic period atmosphere. The south facing, private, walled garden is a beautiful sun trap, which can also be enjoyed from the garden room.

Beachfront apartment with patio and amazing sea view. Baydream Apartment is a self-contained space built on the side of our house. It's comfortable, spacious, light and airy. It has its own front door and parking on the drive as well as free parking on the street. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, it's Blue Flag assures good water quality. We are far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.

The apartment is ideally positioned to enjoy the seaside town of Broadstairs which has an excellent selection of shops offering local produce with many restaurants, coffee bars and pubs. The Westwood Cross shopping centre is only a short drive away and has larger stores, restaurants, leisure centre and cinema.
