Cozy guesthouse in the community of Sommen

In our guesthouse, built in 2020, measuring approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet), we have used the space for socializing and gatherings during the day, which transforms into 6 comfortable sleeping areas at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with, for example, a combination oven/microwave, range hood, fridge and freezer, and tableware for 6 people. In the house there is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower. On the porch, there are chairs, a small table, and a grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning grill. There is access to a “private” lawn with garden furniture and a trampoline.

Cozy and fresh accommodation in the countryside in a quiet, beautiful environment. The property is located on the host couple's property, secluded with fence. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom: double bed 160x200. Living room: kitchen table and chairs, sofa and coffee table. Kitchen: trinette, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other kitchenware. Welcome to a fantastic social and nice house. There is room for large families or friends to cook and socialize. If you want to play golf, this is an excellent accommodation, Tranås Golf Club is a stone's throw away with a nice restaurant. Tranås has beautiful nature to stay in all year round, from Villa Linnea you have proximity to the pine forest and swimming in Lake Sommen from a common jetty. The house was newly built in the summer of 2023 and the garden is under construction, there is a generous patio in a sunny location.
