Stay in peace at this smoke-free, quiet abode. Within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth Sussex, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins: DE Turf, Milton, breweries. 20-30 mins: Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos. 30-45 mins: other beaches and outlets. This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Driving distance to DE Turf Sports Complex (12min), Dover (20min), Harrington (23min), and Tanger Outlets/Rehoboth Beach (41min). We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, tournament teams, big groups, and Dogs welcome (NO CATS). However quiet or lively your stay, our location has it all.

15 minutes from Dover Nearby casinos, beaches, and the racetrack. Bowers and Slaughter beaches are about 10-15 mins from us, whereas, the major beaches like Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey are 45mins to an hour from us. We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

This centrally located, clean, 2nd floor apartment in our home is the perfect place to rest. Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers. Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

THE RIVER HOUSE @ DE TURF ! 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths, this home accommodates large groups traveling to Delaware Turf for soccer, lacrosse and field hockey tournaments. Four living areas and a central kitchen, multiple families can use this home at the same time. 2 sets of bunks in each bunk room! The river view is outstanding from the picture window in the family room! This home is less than a mile from the turf fields and 30 minutes to the resort beaches!
