It’s a cute, small apartment with the best terrace for enjoying sunrise to sunset. Eating out in BA is so inexpensive that I hardly bothered to cook. Everything you need is in a 2 block area. Fruit, groceries, cervesa, laundry and subway. We stayed 6 weeks and saw the entire city and 2 tango shows and a concert at Teatro Colon. Wonderful city.

Amazing place. Great layout

We are truly pleased we stayed at Francisco’s studio. It was small but compact, convenient, clean and - most importantly - quiet place. It is located in the very centre of the city with easy access to all tourist attractions and countless theatres, entertainment/artistic centres and never ending shopping outlets. The best thing about Francisco’s studio is, undeniably, terrace, which is probably same size as the studio. You can spend there whole day basking in the sun. Communication and check in was irreproachable. Would strongly recommend it to anyone.

I would not even try to find anything better than this for visiting Buenos Aires. It’s a very appealing apartment in a good location. The terrace is great, the bed comfortable and the fold out kitchen really cool. When it’s really warm, the a/c is very welcome. I didn’t meet Francisco but he was very accommodating and available via text. I’d probably plan my trip around this apartment’s availability.

A delightful little place, close to many things, easy transportation, well tidy .. Small but very cozy and very well equipped.

We had some beautiful and lovely days in the middle of the delta’s nature and the Lujan river. It felt like being in the middle of the delta, but you are actually very close to Tigre and the city. The neighborhood is a rare enclave full with trees and beautiful wooden houses in an otherwise often ugly developed municipality. As many mention in other reviews, the surrounding nature and its view from the house is incredible. At the time we visited there were though a couple of wooden houses being constructed nearby and there was some noise from this. Hosts were great. We will highly recommend this house!

A very spacious and warm accommodation. It is ideal for two families or large groups since they are like two independent houses (with bedrooms / kitchen / bathroom) joined by a "bridge" where the clay oven is with a large table. The environments are very spacious, comfortable and with good views of the environment. The environment is beautiful, in the middle of nature. The easy connection with Nordelta to make day-to-day purchases is a point in favor.

Spectacular tree house !! Unique experience with nature

First of all we highlight the hospitality and good vibes of the hosts, who were always available for any questions or requests we have made. Thanks Charlie for all the good vibes !! It is really a tree house, for a public who loves wild life, with all the necessary comforts to spend a stay connected with nature. Access to the house is not easy, given that you have to cross a long stretch of dirt road. However, the house has everything you need to spend your stay. Hot water, kitchen accessories, bedding, wifi ... keep in mind that for very young children, the house is high and has stairs, slopes and the pool has no protection fence or low area where children do foot. We only recommend a little maintenance for outdoor areas that are damaged by the weather.

The house is beautiful, true to the photos. It does not have a grill that is necessary in a house (it has a stoker and a grill above).

Every amenity you could want for a short or extended stay; firm mattress, cold AC, washer/dryer in building, friendly doormen, wonderful pool area and the best water pressure I’ve every encountered. It was a great place for me and my son to stay, it was in a great location with plenty of places to eat around us, the area was no problem and we never felt unsafe. The staff at the front desk were always happy and helpful and were happy to make use my sons left over pizza. Completely recommend to any one. We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was just as the photos showed and decorated so well. The patio was a fantastic spot to enjoy the afternoons. The street below is very busy but surprisingly not super loud in the apartment. Francisco was very attentive and quick to respond when we had the occasional questions. Overall wonderful place in an excellent location that we would definitely stay in again!

This place is amazing! Located close to great restaurants and walking distance to Puerto Madero. Has a great balcony were you can have your morning coffee or afternoon beer. Also, has a list of recommendations on the table right as soon as you walk in the door. The building has a doorman that offers extra security. The host is great if you have any questions about anything he is just as a whatsapp message away! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic apartment. Super beautiful, with sensational decor and a fantastic bed. The photos say it all and are true to the property. This loft appartment is a wonderful place to stay. We were met there at the time we stated we would arrive (which was quite late in thee evening) and everything was explained to us very clearly (neither of us being Spanish speakers). The accommodation was perfect for our needs (there were two of us staying) and was spacious. The appartment is on the first floor of an interesting, old building, and as it is not facing the street was very quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect - a walk of a few minutes to Independencia metro station and a walk of only approximately 10 minutes to the San Telmo market in Defensia. We recommend this appartment, and will certainly try to stay there again on our next visit to a Buenos Aires.

Esteban is a great host great check in he informed us about the amenities in the apt and help us to get around in the historical town of San Telmo. Thé loft is very spacious, clean and super comfortable. Esteban and his friend make us feel so comfortable and we’ll totally come back to this loft in a future trip

The apartment is very nice and cozy, a couple of blocks away are buses that leave you everywhere. The highlight was the host Marcelo; a crack, very friendly and attentive at all times, he went looking for us and took us to the airport, he gave us a mini tour of the center and several tips / recommendations for the trip. All of 10, we hope to return soon.

great welcome Marcelo, his apartment is big clean, very good bedding in a quiet and calm place and when you have breakfast you have a view on the lake and the mountain, Marcelo is of an exceptional kindness he came to pick us up, took the time to give us a tour of the city plus we gave very good advice, and at the end of the stay dropped us off at the bus terminal. Go to Marcello with your eyes closed you will not be disappointed

This beautiful apartment was in the perfect location for a nice, tranquil stay in my favourite part of Buenos Aires. The host Eugenia could not have been more helpful throughout my stay and the check in/check out process was incredibly easy. If you are lucky enough to find this apartment available then book it before it's too late!

Our stay at Andy's exceeded all of our expectations. At all times before and during our stay Andy was available to help us if we had any questions and she went to the extra effort of helping us when shut downs began happening due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Buenos Aires, and the neighbourhood feels incredibly safe with so much within walking distance including several supermarkets which makes cooking at home an easy option also. The apartment block is secure and very quiet too. We could have happily stayed for much longer if we had the chance because it was the first time in all of our South America travels that we felt like we were at home. Could not recommend Andy's apartment enough.

Andy was incredibly helpful! He waited for us at the apartment even though we arrived after 10 pm. The apartment is very well organized and located. The bed is very comfortable. The region is very quiet and very safe. You can walk quietly at any time of the day. When we left, we checked out at noon, but as our flight back was late, Andy kept the bags for us. Everything was perfect! I definitely recommend it!

Great place in a great location - walking distance to the center and park. Two big rooms and one nice bathroom. Kitchen and livingroom are one. The kitchen is very well equipped and cooking is no problem. Herbs and salt are not provided. Debo provides you with a folder full of Tips for the area and helps with reservations you might wanna take. There is an AC in the livingroom and fans in both rooms. It still got warm in the night. Definitely recommended 😍

The apartment is well furnished. You feel right at home when you come in. Everything you need for everyday life is available. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars just around the corner. There are also other shops nearby. Communication runs very well via WhatsApp. We felt very comfortable.

Even though I booked in last minute, Mariana welcomed me with warm hearted hospitality. The room you stay in is right in front of her home. So especially first day when you arrive and want to ask questions and stuff, she will be your big help! The king size bed with big window and lots of green made my stay very comfortable!

Wow! What a place! The studio is so lovely and chic - lovely touches and on an absolutely stunning private courtyard off the Main Street absolutely teeming with greenery. Wonderful toiletries, really strong spacious shower, and a full size fridge and freezer for keeping drinks cool. Mariana herself was always on hand and always eager to help - from last minute requests to help booking taxis. The perfect host! Perhaps the best part though is the location, being such a short stroll into Palermo and all the greenery and cafes and restaurants. After spending a few days in BA we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location!

This was a great place and great location for the price. Gus went above and beyond by providing fun things to do in the city and good restaurants. I arrived super late at night on the day of check-in and Gus made special accommodations for me to pick up the keys. I also had some trouble catching an Uber to take me to the airport and Gus was nice enough to call me a taxi (as I was already running late). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the city.

While not in the centre of things, the central location allowed easy bus rides, walks to most places . Ideal for 1-2 people as a studio. Gustavo was an excellent host. Small conviences like umbrellas, a Sube ( subway/bus) card was most appreciated. Was more stressed than us over some maintenance issues that cropped up. Stuck around till all fixed up. Met us on arrival and gave us excellent tips for food pkaces, and shops. Places where he himself eats and shops so great food and prices...not tourist traps . Enjoy....

I booked this after reading all the positive reviews and was delighted with my stay. My biggest surprise was how centrally located the place was, every place I wanted to go was either a short walk or easy bus ride away. Having a kitchen enabled me to take home half the giant portions of a dinner and have a second meal. I stayed here after two weeks of travel and being able to do laundry was a relief from hand washing clothes one by one in a hotel sink. In my 4 night stay I quickly came to feel this was my home and it’s sad to leave. Definitely will book here on my return.

Hola chicos, hola chicas , Everything was fine with the apartment. We liked it very much. It is spacious, very clean, calm ( particularly at night) and centrally located. You can reach most of the nice places in town on foot. Communication with Fernanda ( we did communicate with Fernanda instead of Franco) was excellent. At any time she responded quickly and was very helpful. So far that. Unfortunately we had to leave the apartment earlier because of the Corona- crisis. We had booked the apartment for two weeks, but after we noticed that the government of Argentina was planning a „ Shut Down“, we left Mendoza earlier and made it back home in time. In this process the quick communication with Fernanda was also very helpful. Though I know that many tourists who did not succeed to leave in time, had or still have a hard time in Argentina, I want to mention, that we experienced a lot of good things and we got lots of help from local people. We were really impressed by that. Thanks for that. Back to the apartment. Very beautiful place, super spacious. A pleasant space to be. The photos in the ad do not differ from reality. The kitchen is very well equipped. The closet, for those who carry a lot of luggage, has plenty of space. Bed is also very big and comfortable. Equally spacious bathroom, with huge mirror and shower that provides a very pleasant bath. Giant television in the bedroom. Super friendly, kind hostess and promptly responds to requests for help and tips. Great location. Not long walks, of ten, fifteen many, give access to supermarkets, restaurants, sights. It should only be pointed out that access to the property is via stairs, but still not very extensive. I would certainly stay there again.

The space is excellent! Very comfortable, spacious and charming. Fernanda is very attentive, answered us promptly whenever we need. We would definitely return!

There is everything you need in the apartment for a long stay, also Carolina left notes about places to visit and they were amazing. Flor's place is truly lovely!!! She is an incredible host and takes care of all the little details -- including a subway card you can reload, maps, bottled water in the fridge, coffee, Netflix and everything else! Her stylish studio feels more like a one bedroom because of the clever use of space and has powerful AC and great wi-fi. The kitchen is perfect for making coffee or a light meal/breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. The building has an elevator and stairs and the apartment is spotless! It's about a 25-30 min walk from Palermo and Recoletta but very close to lots of shops, cafes, banks, super markets, and subway stations. Highly recommend - I honestly didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay in Florencia’s apartment. It’s conveniently located for a short walk to shops or a slightly longer walk (or quick taxi/Uber) to Palermo. Lots of great suggestions of places to visit and eat at. Florencia was very accommodating with check-in/check-out and was always prompt, friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment’s location felt safe, the bed was comfortable and the (beautiful!) decor was as per the photos. She helped us out with a few things that saved us some time - thanks again Florencia!

One of the best stays at an AirBnB. Flor’s place is super clean, and nicely decorated. I’d stay there again when I return to Baires. It’s located on a quiet street close enough to restaurants and points of interest but far from the noise. Excellent for light sleepers. Also note Flor is super sweet. 😊

What a gem of a place! Flor was so accommodating with our early arrival. Flor has tastefully decorated it in a shabby chic style...it’s exactly like the photos. Flor was very helpful with recommendations ie, Sube, restaurants etc. The apartment was quiet, very clean and adequately kitted out for a short or longer stay.

This studio apartment is a little gem. Located on the borders of Palermo and Recoleta, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The decor is very cute and we had everything we needed to have a nice relaxed two week stay. Florencia was so helpful when we were trying to get reservations for Christmas Eve and New Year’s eve, no mean feat! She was very sweet and responded immediately to us whenever we reached out to her. This apartment is located in a security building we always felt safe there. The only thing I would mention is that the bed is not large, it looks like about a full-size or a double, so it may not be comfortable for larger people. The Wi-Fi was good and all of the appliances worked just fine. We had a great time here and would recommend it.

This place was very clean and in a great location! There was WiFi available and the TV had Netflix! There was security in the lobby who were very nice and answered all of our questions. Carlos' apartment is amazing! Modern, very spacious, comfortable, quiet, well located and perfectly suited to satisfy both cool and discerning guests. The building has an elevator and a swimming pool to which the apartment has permanent access. I had a child who loves the pool and we went swimming twice at night, on hot Buenos Aires days. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and formidable! ! The two equally excellent rooms, with high beds, very comfortable and good walking space! Details of attention are noted on shelves with books of good literature specially selected by Carlos and Luisi. There are two bathrooms. One with a great bathtub and the other without a bathtub that seemed quite suitable for older people, since there is no gap or obstacle for the shower box. Two water heaters installed in the laundry and laundry area guarantee wonderful hot baths after a long day of sightseeing! Amenities like internet, air conditioning, cable TV with a lot of channels available work perfectly! The whole apartment is very airy due to the extensive and very pleasant balcony! There are pizzerias, markets close by. La Cabrera restaurant is a few blocks away. The dedication of Carlos and Luisi, who live in the front apartment, is a special chapter in the great experience we had at Palermo Outlet !!! Carlos is always available, responding very quickly to any queries by whatsapp or phone. And you are always willing to do your best to improve the experience! In the presentation of the apartment, he carefully explains the operation of all the devices that exist and offers a list of points of interest such as restaurants of the most varied cuisines, pastry shops and markets. His sympathy and affection made us want to socialize with him, Luisi and friends at moments that enriched the trip to Buenos Aires enormously. Whenever we return to Buenos Aires, I intend to stay at Carlos' apartment, if available.

Carlos' apartment fits the description: spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a huge terrace and a terrace with a private pool. The location is good close to everything. The host was very pleasant throughout our trip.

Carlos is an exceptional host - he dropped everything upon our arrival to personally take my father to the hospital to get treated for a stomach issue from our time in Patagonia. Carlos’s apartment was sparkling clean and loaded with all the amenities you need! The location is in a quiet safe area pretty close to Palermo and restaurants but very easy for us to Uber around the city main attractions at a very reasonable price. Carlos was extremely responsive and had a ton of helpful local recommendations. Don’t hesitate, stay at his apartment if available.

It is located in the centre of Palermo and within easy walking distance of lots of bus and metro stops. Wonderful loft! Super beautiful and all complete. Fit 4 people easy easy! The location is great. It is about four blocks from a subway station and several bus lines pass by. If you can walk, you can do a lot on foot. We love it and super recommend it!

It is very well connected to go to any area. Walking you can easily access San Telmo, Puerto Madero and Historic Center. We loved staying here!

Everything has been perfect! I recommend it more than ever

We had a fantastic time at Sebastian’s apartment in Palermo: it really is in a great spot between all the action in Soho and the underground station ten minutes’ walk away on Santa Fe (although we found that, with a Sube card, the buses were great fun – particularly the 152 through the city centre and down into the heart of La Boca). Arrival and departure were nice experiences thanks to the ebullient Elena and we were delighted to find the apartment was just as it looks in the photos, with the coloured window glass helping to give it a very traditional feel. There was everything we needed and the bonus was the roof terrace to sit out on for breakfast and late-afternoon/evening drinks and food (in January it was too hot for us to be out in the sunshine during the heat of the day). Looking down on the trees lining the streets below, it was really nice to feel the breeze blowing over the city. We stayed for 11 nights and wished we had at least another 11 when it was time to leave!

A great location for exploring Buenos Aires. So many fantastic restaurants, cafés, bars and boutique shops to explore right on your doorstep. The apartment has a private terrace, which is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink before going out with spectacular views across the city. We loved the space and had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food if we wanted to. Bathroom worked perfectly and bed was very comfortable. We only needed the AC on the first day. We were given early check in and late check out complimentary, which was very much appreciated. Elena came to meet us upon check in and was in contact with us over whatsapp if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice room, comfortable to cook in an apart with very good facilities, we were able to take advantage of the heated pool and the beach service. We only had one question for Analia that was answered in a matter of minutes. We would return without a doubt.
