Joy is a great host, always ready to help and checks in regularly to make sure everything is just right. She provides baked goods which was a kind gesture and also very tasty. Location is perfect for commuting and lots of close amenities near by. There is no window in the room, so it was a bit dark in the winter months, but other than that it was a great stay.

Amazing value!! The place was kept very clean and the location was also great. Joy is a very hospitable and excellent host and was readily available if there were any issues. She also left some treats on the table which were delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Joy is a gracious hostess. The location is good for transit, groceries and coffeeshops. A 10 minute walk to the mall and movies. The neighbourhood is safe and attractive.

I enjoyed staying at Muzzammil’s. If you have a car, it’s very easy to get to Western University. Also the home is located right beside a Wal-Mart which makes it very easy to pick up food, personal items and etc. I was really happy with the level of cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches—there was a selection of fresh fruit which was very warm and welcoming. Also Muzzammil is very responsive to texts. I would definitely stay here again :)

Had a great stay at Terry's place. I am a resident doctor and was working for a month at the University Hospital. I would recommend this place for medical students or residents doing elective rotations at this hospital. It is about at 15 min walk to the hospital and about a 20-25 min walk to the Goodlife/shopping center/Loblaws, which was quite convenient for me without a vehicle. Terry's communication was great and they often checked in by messaging to make sure that I was comfortable. Thanks Terry.

I stayed about 2 months in Terry's place and had a fantastic time there! The hosts are wonderful people who are very accommodating and caring of their guests. Terry's place had everything you need for longer stays and was located in a quiet neighbourhood near grocers, pharmacies, etc. I highly recommend Terry's place to anyone staying in London. Just one word: amazing! Amazing place in a residential and very nice neighbourhood, close to all needed facilities and surrounded by green and pleasant landscape. Excellent place to stay in London. Terry and Jackie were super nice, welcoming, and responsive. Really enjoyed staying at their beautiful and spotless apartment! Great location; walking distance to shops and the university/ hospital. The kitchen was fully equipped and the stove and fridge were brand new... I had no problem preparing meals there, especially that there were spices, olive oil, dressing, pasta, and coffee/ tea, etc available for use. Gorgeous backyard... I loved reading and having dinner on the patio. I highly recommend this place!

Although self check in was available and the instructions were super clear, the host was also available to greet and tour the place. The house and my room was clean and equipped with major guests needs. close to major destination in the city of London. Highly recommended and will differently repeat my visit.

Had a lovely time staying at Narda's place while visiting some friends over reading week. I had the entire basement apartment to myself and the space was clean and comfortable. She even had snacks, drinks, and coffee set out for me. The bed was extremely comfortable. Will be staying here again the next time I visit London!

Celia, Ron and Lee (the owners of Fernwood Hills) are so amazing! Of course the property they have is spectacular and the cabin is well built and functional but it’s their hospitality that made our stay memorable. I can’t recommend enough opting in for the meal plan they offer. The charcuterie board and breakfast in the morning surpassed our already high expectations (based on previous reviews). I also thought the cabin was bigger than I expected. It was overall such a wonderful stay and great escape from the city. We look forward to returning!

Fernwoods is such a cute little getaway. The location was private and the little cabin was the cutest thing. I think the best part was the hospitality, we upgraded to include the food and the board and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend.

It was an absolute joy to stay at Fernwood. It was a beautiful little space, with great hosts. They really care about your experience and want you to enjoy your stay. They were wonderful with communicating, our space was clean, and it was very cozy! They also brought our breakfast to our door, and the food was delicious. We can’t wait to go back :)

We had a lovely stay at Cindy's airbnb! Entry through the garage was very easy, and there was a clear and short route down to the basement apartment. Despite it being in the basement, there was really nice sunlight streaming into the kitchen in the morning, and they were nice enough to leave us a plethora of pastries, granola bars, fruit, and drinks in the fridge (Orange juice, milk, creamer, etc). Just one minor item to note: It's not entirely clear from the photos online, but the living room is not enclosed within the same space as the main apartment (with the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen). It's just beside it through a separate door, which doesn't lock. That said, this didn't pose any major problem for us, but I just thought it was worth mentioning so your expectations are accurate. Again though, we had a really lovely stay! I *absolutely recommend* staying at Cindy's place if you're in the area. It was very comfortable, ultra clean, and again, the hospitality with the breakfast foods was a really nice touch!

The bunkie was super clean and cozy, bigger than I thought it would be. It was a great experience walking and spending time with the alpacas. It was unfortunate we couldn’t have a bon fire at night as the lighter/torch wasn’t working but we just played cards in the bunkie instead. We woke up early to feed the alpacas.

Yvonne and Steve go out of their ways to provide such a unique experience so close to London. We had the opportunity to take a walk with the alpacas before sunset where Yvonne told us many interesting things about the animals. The cabin was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The wifi was also very good, further enhancing our experience. In the morning, Yvonne and Steve provided coffee and tea, and told us many interesting stories about how they became owners of an alpaca farm. All in all, if you're looking for a relaxing night and are interested in learning more about alpacas, llamas, or dogs, this is the place to go!

From an evening bonfire to morning coffee to alpaca feeding and walking, we had a really wonderful stay at Sammy’s Alpaca Farm! Yvonne and her husband were lovely hosts, as were all of their charming alpacas.

Such a happy little place to unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city, absolute quietness, super friendly hosts and the cutest Alpacas, and if you still need Timmies, it’s only 10 min away.

Yvonne’s bunkie is cozy and warm (even on a particularly cold winter weekend), and it matches her hospitality. The farm is great place to admire her peaceful alpacas. Check-in and communication was smooth and helpful. Much appreciated and recommended!

The trip exceeded our expectations. Yvonne and her husband are the nicest people we have encountered on Airbnb. The bunky was warm and comfortable and the alpacas were super friendly. My girlfriend and I are very grateful. We would recommend anyone to stay at their lovely farm.

Any visitor will be welcome and well received. I will not be surprised that like me. There is born in him / her the desire to return there if necessary.

Communication was great with Elena, and easy to check in. The house was clean and there was room for a few items I had to keep in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I would stay again when in London!

The house was gorgeous and Elena is very kind and looking out for your best interests even if she doesn't know you that well! The perfect balance of privacy and assistance if you need it!

Very friendly host, very easy to find. House on a court so there is lots of parking. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very big. A two piece bath is down the hall with the shower in the basement. Bedroom is immediately on the left once you enter the front door so you are not walking through the house.

I have been visiting several countries, and continents and, being hosted in various places. This place is the best out of the best. What an awesome stay. I was so blown away by the hospitality. If I'm ever in London again, this place will be my first choice to stay.

Kimi is an outstanding host, she is amazing and very friendly. I have just arrived to Canada and she has helped me whenever I needed help. She even took to the supermarket with her to do my shopping to the bank to open a bank account. She is dedicated to her hosts and she considers this as her full time job. The place is always very clean and she works on that on daily basis. My room is the biggest with a panorama place and some lovely flowers sending a nice scent into the room, there is also a bonus fridge for personal items. Very quite place in a very nice neighbour hood. Bus take 7 mins to reach to UWO. There is a big shopping mall 7 mins by car. Very good location

This place is quiet and pleasant. If you are a looking for a 1 guest room, this is one of the good places you can get for the value. This place is around 3 kms to the center of the city.

It’s a very convenient place, about 3-5 mins pass the parking is the CF mansonville mall and the theatre! Also, it’s near the university about 8mins drive:)

Sapna’s place was clean and safe. The highway it is on is very busy, but there is plenty of sidewalk space to walk, and there are shops about 15 minutes away. He was very responsive to requests and set out an extra bed for my colleague who was traveling with me. It was nice that there was a little kitchenette area with dishes so that we could eat breakfast there. Would stay here again!

It's pretty secluded, but sometimes one of their cats and dogs would make their way over. They are very friendly and cute, though, a pleasant surprise when they come.

Tom and Carolyn were phenomenal hosts, went way above and beyond! Planned this getaway for my partners Birthday, she loved it! Everything including Atv, snowshoeing and walk with alpaca & donkey. Overall amazing experience, didn’t need to bring a thing! Only thing we found handy to bring was battery operated lights, to reduce generator use! Spectacular stay!

Carolyn is an amazing host. Kind, gracious and amazing with kids. The cabin was everything we wanted. Secluded, cozy and simple. The wood stove kept us warm all night with minimal effort. The beds were great. An amazing experience at an exceptional value.

We had a great weekend getaway at Carolyn and Tom’s cabin. The cabin was so cozy, and the beds were so comfortable. The wood stove is easy to use and it heats the place very nicely. The outhouse is clean. The grounds were beautiful and our dog had a lot of fun running around. We enjoyed meeting the animals, especially their cat and their donkey. There were a few essentials that we could have used, a wash basin for dishes, sponges, steel wool, but it was fine. There is a generator, but it would be great if there was also a kerosene lamp so you don’t have to use it for light in the evenings. Some games are provided for entertainment. We had a lot of fun playing scrabble. All in all, an idyllic weekend with our great and friendly hosts.

There is definitely a reason why these hosts have such a high rating! The photos really don’t do the cabin justice! We had a blast with the animals, and Tom was a fantastic host! The cabin was sparkling clean, and even with a bad winter storm all weekend, we were toasty warm with the fire!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The good service and the loft exceeded our expectations. We were also surprised at the amount of food given to us, totally worth it. We especially loved the breakfast which included a very delicious omelette and waffles. It was nice to just watch the sunrise and sunset from the loft because of its huge windows. I definitely recommend this place for people looking for a nice and peaceful getaway. Thank you for having us!

Very cheap, very clean and good location. Seokchan is a dedicated and approachable host. It should be mentioned, though, that she has a cat.

The room was neat and clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and all basic amenities were included.

Seokchan's B&B is on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood. She was very accommodating as .I found the mattress in the Blue room was a little too firm for my tender back. For my second night I slept in another room downstairs and had a great sleep. Wifi is very good and the rooms are very clean. A nice homey touch was a beautiful white cat who was eager to be stroked. It was about a 7 minute drive to the Masonville area which has a great Mall and a large selection of chain stores. The Western campus is 4 or 5 minutes away by car.
