The means from TX Tsukuba Station to my house are on foot (25 minutes), by bus (one every 30 minutes), or by taxi (1000 yen). If you are coming by car, we will show you the nearby parking lot. We usually get up at 6 am and go to bed at 9 pm. On weekdays, we leave for work at 7:30 am and return home at 5:30 pm. Please let me know if you would like to check in before 7 pm. We have two boys in elementary school. The 5th grade boy is away on a school exchange in the mountains, but there is a 2nd grade boy who plays the violin.

Japanese style room on the 1st floor of our house, no smoking, accept only one group each day. The room can be locked. 35min/580JPY from Narita Int'l Airport to Katsutadai station on Keisei line, no transfers. Then 3min walk from A1 south exit to our house. A lot of restaurants and shops around here. Microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle are availale. Toilet, washing machine, shower room are next to the guest room. The host family, and cats stay on the 2nd floor.
