Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Cozy annexe to charming smallholding from the 18th century with large, secluded rock garden. Idyllic and peacefully located on the outskirts of Gudhjem, close to bus stops, swimming pool and Brugs, and yet not far from the city center and harbor. Weekly covered terrace. Toilet and shower. Kitchenette with hob. Double bed. 2 rooms. Wifi. Possibility of use of freezer and washing machine. Always like to talk about today's plans. Bike rental close by. Perfect for couples with children - or two small children.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Amazing cottage just by the beach

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Have had some really wonderful days at Stine's old monastery in Rønne. The room/home is really cozy and idyllic. The old monastery has a perfect location in Rønne, it lived up to the descriptions and there is what you need. Stine is a great host, she responds quickly, she is very helpful and makes sure you feel welcome. Highly recommend the place and Stine to others.

Jim is an extremely nice and friendly host, with an affordable and peaceful accommodation! We appreciated the cozy breakfast spot, the proximity to the beach and the forest roads. Rønne is really a beautiful city, Jim's house is located on a quiet and cozy street and you have close to most things. Recommended!

Håkan's house is centrally located in Gudhjem. The room was nice and with a good bed (alone) and room for stay at the table in the room. Kitchenette with what was needed, and the toilet and shower divided into 2 rooms were a good idea. There was a radiator that could heat the room, however, the hallway was cold and it was important that the hallway door was closed properly, which was not always easy. Would love to stay in the same place again.

A paradise for those who want to switch off or switch over - very quiet (except for the rooster), spacious in a communal permagarden with open-air kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and live in the main area on the other side of the property. We had everything we needed. And: It is quite possible to come by bike!
