The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

🅿️ Parking 🅿️ Free street parking, no parking on premises permitted. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.
