House is situated in quiet street in the village, everything looks just like in the pictures - it's cosy, peaceful and clean. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We had a really nice time and its visible lot of hard work and love went into the house. Vladimír and Evka are nice, fast to respond and recommended some activities to do and we got complimentary tea from herb garden, which is a nice added bonus. Based on the listing, we did not notice outside tub is extra cost so we didnt request it beforehand, but Vladimír filled it up for us the first day. And paying extra is worth it if you get a clean water for each guests. There is a small grocery store that satisfies basic needs ~2minutes from house. Thank you again, we will be recommending this accommodation for sure :)

Tastefully designed cosy place with a great Mountain View - morning coffee with that view was a real treat. House if fully functional for comfortable long stays. If you love mountains, this is a perfect base for exploring Velka Fatra and Nízke Tatry mountains. The host - Filip, friendly and proactive. Highly recommended!

Pobyt jsme si užili, cítili jsme se jako doma, jistě i díky paní domácí! Ubytování jsme bez problémů našli. Apartmán je jednodušší, čistý, útulný s malou kuchyňkou, která disponuje vším potřebným k uložení i přípravě jídla. Skvěle jsme si v něm odpočinuli po turistických procházkách v blízkém okolí. Jistě se sem někdy ještě podíváme!

Kristina’s place was perfect for our family and our dog was welcomed as well. The place was super nice and clean, including a huge garden with herbs and a lot of room to relax (incl. a hammock :)). Ivachnova is well situated to start daily tours from there to the Lower or High Tatras. Kristina and her mother provided us with useful recommendations for rainy days as well. We are very grateful for the superb stay and recommend the place without any conditions! Thanks Kristina!

Ubytování bylo přesně jako stoji v popisku a na fotkách. Pan majitel ochotný, mily, dostali jsme všechny informace, které jsme potřebovali a odjezd byl individualni .. zadne vystehovani v 10 hodin. To jsme uvitali s detmi. Rada doporucim toto ubytovani!

We were a couple with a toddler, we liked the place and it looks like in the pictures. The place was clean with cooking equipment, there were games for the toddler in the cabin and in the garden and a low bed for her. The place is very close to attractions for children in the area and within driving distance of nature trails. The communication with Dusan was good and fast. We recommend the place.

The garden features a manicured lawn with a small swimming pool and a children's play area. A picnic table with seating for several is positioned on the gravel path. Surrounding greenery includes trees and decorative plantings, adding a natural ambiance to the outdoor space.

15 fős társasággal töltöttünk 4 napot a szálláson. Minden a lehető legnagyobb rendben volt, a szállás rendkívül kényelmes, tágas, szépen berendezett és mindennel felszerelt . Velmi příjemné, domácké ubytování. Společné prostory jsou velkorysé a pro naši skupinu 5 rodin velmi dobře členěné. Ve vybavení nic nechybí a komunikace s domácími byla perfektní. Velmi jsme ocenili uzavřenou zahradu, kde jsme měli soukromí pro koupání v bazénu a grilování. Byli jsme nadšení i množstvím hraček a dalšího vybavení pro malé děti. Po dni na turistice jsme se příjemně zrelaxovali ve finské sauně. Ubytování velmi doporučuji.

Naše první dovolená na Slovensku a díky skvělé poloze, blízko ke spoustě úžasným výletů, bylo pořád co dělat. Apartmány čisté, hezky zařízené. Majitel velmi přátelský a komunikativní, přišli jsme si jako doma👍 určitě se moc rádi vrátíme. Zahrada úžasná, plná aktivit pro děti, krásné výhledy při posezení v pergole. Prostě nejlepší dovolená Děkujeme Janečkovi

V Zelenom doma nám bolo úžasne. Vrátil som sa naspäť v čase a cítil sa ako v dome mojej prababky so všetkým čo k tomu patrí. S rodinou sme si užili krásnu atmosféru jednoduchého života, nostalgie a rozprávkového okolia. Všetko bolo pripravené na náš príchod, v krbe horel oheň, na stole pripravené milé uvítanie. Super cozy and luxury chalet located in a forest 50m from cable, 7 minutes from center of Ruzomberok. Surroundings is very quiet , if you like to stay in nature, this is the right choice, ideally for 2 families:)
